This classic spanish style villa has all you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The villa has large terrace - pool area with BBQ. There is also a large al-fresco balcony where you can enjoy the spectacular sea views whilst eating your breakfast, lunch or evening meals outside. The master bedroom has a small balcony where even better views can be enjoyed. There is a twin bedroom and a further single bedroom - enough for three children.
The lounge, dining room and kitchen is all open plan and all the arched doors leading directly to the balcony (naya). Great sea breezes can be felt throughout the villa.
Air-conditioning is installed both upstairs and downstairs and a pay-as-you-go wi-fi is available (about 20 euros per week). Please ask on enquiry.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for family meals. There is plenty of crockery, pots, pans etc.
The lounge/diner has all you need for relaxing or dining out of the sun however we expect you will spend most of your time on the balcony or on the pool terrace.
The master bedroom and twin room is on the upper floor with a bathroom - not forgetting the small private balcony which can be enjoyed by mum and dad. A further bedroom with one single bed is on the lower level (adjacent to the lounge) and has a separate shower/toilet.
Further details outdoors:
The pool terrace has all you need. Enough space for sunbeds next to the kidney shape pool. Also on this terrace is the charcoal BBQ and the area is adorned with the colourful bourgonvilla bushes which flower all year long. Around the villa is lots of bushes and forna which provides you with a secure and private area - not overlooked by other villas.
The villa has just been repainted and looks fresh and new.
There is plenty of parking space - enough for two cars and there is a garage where you will find the washing machine and sunbeds etc.

If you wish to book we require 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. We also ask for a returnable security deposit of 200 euros (payable with your final balance) and returnable to you within 2 weeks after you leave.

Smokers are welcome to smoke outside but not in the villa.
Wheel chairs can access the lower level of the house. There is a downstairs bedroom and shower/toilet

Moraira enjoys its own micro-climate and enjoys over 300 days of glorious sunshine a year. In July and August months it can reach 40 degrees - so a cool inviting pool and two local beaches are essential.
The local history is endless and what better way to enjoy spain by watching the many regular historical and religious fiestas and parades all year round in Moraira and all the surrounding villages and towns.
The Moraira / El Portet area
MUST SEE: Moors and Christians week starts second week of June - final parade on the weekend - more details will be published nearer the time.
Moraira has 2 sandy beaches both awarded the European blue flag for cleanliness. El Portet (approx 15 mins walk) has just been modernised with new palm trees and walkways. Moraira beach is approx 30/40 mins walk.
The town is is full of colourful new shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pocket size. In the summer months, evening craft markets line the streets well into the night. There are several good supermarkets, a couple of night clubs and internet cafés.
Moraira and its neighbouring towns hold many fiestas over summer, as well as facilities for all water sports (jetski, pedalo, etc), boat hire/trips and horse-riding. The whole area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing. There are two tennis courts a short walk away from the villa, reserved for the exclusive use of Pla del Mar residents. DVDs and books can be rented easily, a short walk away.
Flee markets and wine tasting in the Jalon Valley are recommended. So is driving inland to the picturesque Guadalest, La Sella, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia or Europe's largest palm forest at Elche, for breathtaking views.
For children (when not at the pool): there is a permanent fairground in town with many children's attractions, open daily till late during most of the year. Attractions like: Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park in Benidorm, a half hour drive away.
There is an international go-karting track 5 minutes' drive away, suitable for all levels. The marina offers stunning yachts to look at and fish to feed.
Golf: the nearest nine hole golf course is a 5 minutes drive away, but there are 8 other courses within an hour's drive from the villa:
