The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's most popular coastal resorts and stretches for 100km along the east coast. The northern part (known as the Marina Alta and Marina Baja areas) enjoy dramatic backdrops and cliffs and sandy coves along the coast, whilst inland there can be found many picturesque villages with fabulous panoramic views of the surrounding orange, lemon and almond groves. Places of interest include the beautiful and historical city of Valencia, Altea (an attractive unspoilt village), Benitachell, Moraira and Calpe - a lively cosmopolitan town home to the symbol of the Costa Blanca, the famous 'Rock of Ifach'. Denia is the capital of Marina Alta and has extensive amenities and facilities, and Javea, known as the 'Pearl of the Costa Blanca' is one of the Mediterranean's most attractive sea ports.
The Costa Blanca offers a wealth of leisure and sports activities (including numerous golf courses), miles of glorious sandy beaches, excellent food, an abundant choice of entertainment and a year round pleasant climate.
Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
The Cumbre del Sol, situated on the coast between the towns of Moraira and Javea (each approx 15 mins in the car), is an exclusive residential area of privately owned spanish-style villas sharing breathtaking panoramic views surrounded by the Mediterranean sea. It is an area of extraordinary beauty and tranquility untouched by mass tourism. It has it's own secluded beach and many uniquely designed pools (with great views!) which are for the exclusive use of residents and guests only. The area has good amenities serviced by a good quality supermarket, bank, pharmacy and a host of other shops, restaurants and bars.
Moraira, formerly a small fishing village, is a delightful town full of atmosphere and spanish charm. Here you will be spoilt for choice for restaurants, shops and exquisite boutiques. There is a pretty marina and a wide expanse of sandy beach in a sweeping crescent. This small up-market town offers lots of entertainment including a yearly festival (around June time), a weekly market and a small fair which is a real hit with younger children! Further shops, restaurants and large sandy beaches can be found in the neighbouring towns of Javea and Calpe.
How to get there
- Fly to Alicante or Valencia - the journey from either takes approx 1 hr & 15mins - Cheap flights available from Easy Jet or Monarch - Car hire (which is strongly recommended) available from Centauro - Motorway connections are easy and the roads are excellent. Take the A7/E15 motorway to either junction 63 or 62 respectively, then follow signs to Benitachell and Cumbre del Sol (a meet and greet service can be arranged from this point on request). Off road parking is available at the villa.

Further details indoors: Featuring a spacious living and dining area this villa offers lots of natural light and a spectacular panoramic view. Care has been taken to furnish the accommodation with quality furniture, rugs and soft furnishings to create a more homely feel for those evenings in. The TV has a full range of english channels as well as a DVD/ Video player and a large set of drawers packed with games, books and films to use at your leisure. There is a well equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, home cooking utensils and plenty of wine glasses!
There are 2 cosy bedrooms each with bedside tables and ample cupboard and drawer space. Both rooms have large fitted wardrobes complete with hangers. All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as duvets and extra pillows if required. A cot can be arranged on request. There is a fully tiled family bathroom with a separate shower , and a utility room which houses a washing machine/dryer and ironing board etc.
Information and leaflets on places to visit, arranged tours and activities for both adults and children are also available in the villa.
Further details outdoors: Casa Angelina benefits from a beautifully landscaped garden packed with colour and a variety of fruit and olive trees. On a separate terrace sits a stone spanish-style outdoor kitchen for BBQ's, and the main terrace (which has the benefit of the sun all day long) is furnished with 2 sturdy sun loungers, outdoor table, parasol and 4 cushioned chairs. The villa also has a car port for off the road parking.

In walking distance from the villa, and for the exclusive use of immediate residents and guests only, are two swimming pools on split levels with glorious views. This area is serviced by a bar/cafe, showers & WC's and a life guard who oversees the pools at all times. Due to restricted access, the pools are never crowded leaving plenty of space for swimming and sun-bathing. There is also a quiet private beach for local residents and a recently opened commercial centre in walking distance, where there are shops, a tapas bar, chinese restaurant, newsagents, bakery, bank and much more besides. The Cumbre del Sol benefits from a good supermarket (5 mins in the car) where you can acquire all your basic needs.

Smoking and pets are not permitted Long term lets may be considered The villa is ideal for a family with very young children with no outdoor pool to worry about. It has also been comfortably furnished with english TV channels, board games and toys to make time spent in the villa as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Bookings are to be make directly with the owners. A 25% non-refundable deposit required (8 weeks prior to holiday) together with a refundable breakages deposit of £100 Last minute bookings welcome Welcome Packs (of basic provisions), a Meet and Greet service, mid-holiday villa clean and linen/towel change can all be provided on request at extra cost.
