Villa Cezanne is a detached villa with private swimming pool and wonderful views of Moraira and to Calpe. The villa is a 5 minute walk to local shops and restaurants and just 2km, a 23 minute walk, into Moraira town with its many shops, restaurants and bars and a fine sandy beach.
This recently refurbished villa has been newly furnished and consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedded. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, extractor unit, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The lounge has comfortable leather suite, coffee tables, bookshelves, satellite television with BBC and ITV channels, DVD, video player and music centre. The glazed naya has a dining table and chairs and the villa has full gas central heating for the cooler winter evenings.
The gated driveway leads up to the villa for easy access to the accommodation and a parking area at the side of the villa for 4 cars. Steps lead up to the sun terrace, covered terrace and the swimming pool terrace where there are stunning views towards Calpe and extensive panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The pool terrace area has a gas barbecue, garden furniture with six sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shoppers paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables.
Numerous restaurants, some with live entertainment, offer local, national and international cuisine. A trip through the valleys and up into the mountains among the pine forests and the almond and citrus groves provides some spectacular scenery, and there are always places to stop for a drink and a meal.
Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica Disney style theme park. Coach excursions are available to these and all the other popular attractions.
The Moraira / Paichi area
Moraira is a small and pretty resort half way between Alicante and Valencia. The quaint old Spanish fishing village is only fifteen minutes walk from the villa. A fish market is held daily with Friday being the principal market day where you can buy souvenirs, fresh fruit and vegetables.
The village has many shops, bars and restaurants. This area boasts 'the best all year round climate in Europe' according to the World Health Organisation. So with 320 days of sunshine a year you can take advantage of a Spring, Autumn or Winter holiday.

Villa Cezanne is in Moraira, one of the most attractive seaside towns on the Costa Blanca. It is just 12km from the motorway junction and just 2kmto the beach, shops and restaurants of this small but comprehensive town. The journey from Alicante airport is 95km, nearly all motorway, and takes just over an hour. From Valencia airport it is 135 km and will take 85 minutes, again nearly all motorway.
Flights to Alicante are available from a number of airlines including AerLingus, BMI Baby, British Airways, Easyjet, First Choice, FlyBe, FlyGlobespan, Jet 2, Monarch, Ryanair, and Thomsonfly which operate from a large number of UK Airports.
There are now twelve UK Airports that offer regular, scheduled flights to Valencia from five different Airlines: British Airways/ Iberia, Easyjet, Jet2, Thomsonfly and Ryanair.
