This lovely detached bungalow with it's own pool and lovely terraces is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Inside, the villa consists of 3 generously sized bedrooms and importantly 2 bathrooms. There is a good sized main living room incorporating a wood burning fire, TV with english channels, DVD, VCR and CD player. There is a generous indoor dining area, and a lovely ‘alfresco’ area under the Naya outside. There is a new fully fitted and well equipped kitchen including fridge, cooker, washing machine and microwave. There is electric heating for winter guests and air cooling fans for the summer......
Outside the villa has its own easy access pool together with full use of the child friendly main communal pool. There is also a sunbathing terrace with ample patio furniture and sun beds. Other "creature comforts" include a private garden with large patio, a built in BBQ and plenty of private secure parking.

The Naya is ideal for sitting outside and enjoying a glass or two of wine, there is ample furniture including sunbeds and a lovely swing. The terrace and pool area are ideal for children of all ages.

Casa Laura is situated just off the Moraira - Calpe coast road close to several excellent restaurants that include the Olive tree, La Bona Taula and Gemisant. It is a convennient walk away from everything Moraira has to offer and the two sandy beaches can be accessed via the underpass without crossing the coast road. Recenctly re-furnished and refurbished to a good standard it offers comfortable accomodation for up to six people that includes a brand new high quality kitchen with all built in appliances and black granite work surfaces, UK cable television channels that include BBC1 and ITV, attractive terraces with built in barbacue and a good selection of potted plants and shrubs. As well as its own private pool it also has use of a large private residents pool and wooded areas that are great to explore. A great option for those seeking quality accommodation in a quiet yet convenient location.
Conditions
Refundable Security Deposit of £100 week is required. The villa is cleaned by an english lady who's number is available should you incur any problems. The pool is also cleaned weekly by an english gentleman.

Terra Mitica,Aqualandia and Terra Natura are a short drive away. Moraira enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area receives around 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature is usually higher than 20 degrees. The World Health Organisation recommended the area's climate as one of the most equitable in the world. It's neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter, boasting 325 sunny days a year making it a perfect all year round holiday destination.
The Moraira area
Located in a beautiful mountainous area on the Costa Blanca Moraira lies in a bay on the South Eastern coast of Spain. Moraira is inbetween the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe and the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The scenery is beautiful and unspoilt and there are many lovely small Spanish villages to explore. Nearby larger resorts are easily reached by car that are well worth visiting are: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km away.
