With views to the sea reaching from Denia to Penon De Ifach at Calpe and further, even the island of Ibiza can be seen on a clear day. The villa benefits from its own private pool, set on a large pation area catching the sun all day.
The surrounding area boasts many attractions and Moraira itself is full of history. Theme parks such as Mundomar sea life park, Terra Mitica for the hair raising rides, and Aqualandia with its water slides and raft rides are only a twenty minute drive away. Everything is here for an enjoyable, relaxing family holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is one of Spain's major holiday areas and is famous for its wonderful climate and scenery, its interesting towns and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Alicante and Valencia are the two main cities of the region and their airports provide easy and reasonably priced access to the area throughout the year from most European cities.
The coastal resorts of Altea, Calpe, Javea and Denia are all within a half hour's drive of the villa and well worth a visit. The mountain towns and villages behind the coast show another side of Spanish culture.
The area offers plenty to see and do. Benidorm is, by far, the biggest tourist centre of the coast and is located approximately midway between Moraira and Alicante, less than an hour's drive away. Its theme parks and other attractions provide lively entertainment for young and old throughout the year.
The Moraira / Benitachell/Cumbre del Sol area
There are many small beaches and coves to discover along the coast, such as Granadella and Moraig beach at Cumbre del Sol. Enjoy a beachside drink and snack at various bars such as El Chamizo, Algas or others.
Moraira, once a small fishing village and now a sophisticated holiday resort with a modern marina, has wide sandy beaches and relaxing palm tree-lined boulevards.
There are several supermarkets, banks, a good selection of shops, numerous restaurants, boutiques, pavement cafes, and not a fast food chain in sight.
Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market, where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods on sale.
This region of Spain is famous for its colourful festivals, and markets. One of the best is the Moors and Christians fiesta in the second week of June; a spectacular event put on by the Moraira town locals, that is something to be enjoyed by all age groups.
Moraira is one of those towns that people, including the local inhabitants, just love to stroll round and take in its life at any hour of the day. There are many hidden coves and much more to enjoy, all of this information will be gladly shared with you.

Cumbre Del Sol, Moraira, is approximately just over an hour's drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports, all served by low cost airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe, Bmibaby and Monarch etc from the UK.

Refundable breakages deposit of £150 is also payable with the final payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
