Our duplex is split over 2 floors, 2 downstairs bedrooms with separate bathroom and 1 upstairs bedroom with separate bathroom. The open-plan and spacious living area is upstairs, with a dining table inside and a patio table on the large balcony with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean. It is the perfect location for those wishing to unwind and relax! Enjoy the stunning shared infinity pool also with incredible views. A car is necessary but well worth it to climb higher into the peace and tranquility of the mountain. There are plenty of supermarkets, the nearest a 1 minute drive. Within a 10 minute drive is El Portet - a charming sandy cove beach - and Moraira, a beautiful historic town with sandy beach, restaurants, bars, shops, a harbour and castle! Javea golf course is also within a 10 minute drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The apartment is set into the hillside overlooking the most easterly point of Spain. This area of northern Costa Blanca is a green, mountainous area with one of the best all year climates in Spain. Javea is 15 mins drive to the north with its lively sandy beach and promenade, while Moraira with its host of bars and restaurants is a 10 min drive to the south. For those seeking a more active day, Benidorm is just 30 mins drive to the south. Inland, there is some spectacular scenery with a plethera of unspoilt Spanish villages and beauty spots a short drive away. Guadalest is one of the highest and oldest settlements in Spain and well worth the 40 minute drive inland.
Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Moraira, Javea and Guadalest are all essential places to vist. However, we prefer relaxing with a couple of bottles of local rose vino (less than 3e per bottle), enjoying a barbeque on the terrace with some fresh languestines from the local fishmongers, and just taking in the breathtaking views far out into the Mediterranean.
