Baladrar Villa is located just two minutes' walk from the beach, and four minutes drive to Moraira town often referred to as one of Spain's best kept secrets. The grounds of the villa have numerous fruit trees from which to enjoy fresh oranges, lemons, pomegranites and figs.
Quiet and peaceful, yet only 30 minutes from the larger resorts such as Javea and Benidorm, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and within walking distance of many excellent restaurants for eating out.
Baladrar Beach has it's own Beach Bar overlooking the ocean, which serves ice cold drinks and hot snacks with live musIc and entertainment during the Summer months.
The villa benefits from its own private heated pool, with underwater lighting for a quiet evening swim, an outdoor table tennis table and Nintendo Wii is also available played on the 42" plasma TV. Ipod dock. Air Condtioning and fans. Variety of French and Spanish TV channels including the English Disney Channel. Leading from the living room is a spacious patio, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine 'al fresco' using the fully equipped outdoor BBQ. With a master suite which has king size bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom, two double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families and friends, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca is probably the most beautiful coastline in Spain. With an abundance of activities and festivals all year long, it offers a varied and interesting holiday.
Inland is the castle at Guadalest, a must see and beyond that is Alcoy, famous for its bridges and its mock battles between the Moors and the Christians held in June.
Being a major holiday destination, Costa Blanca watersports options seem endless. All towns and resorts provide everything you might need to enjoy diving, snorkelling, sailing and fishing to name but a few. Mermaid Dive Centre in Moraira is a full service dive centre offering excursions for the novice and the seasoned diver alike. Some of the best snorkelling can be found along this coast.
Most of the coastal towns were once small fishing villages and still retain some of their old world charm.
The detached villa is within walking distance of a small selection of restaurants, tapas bars and a supermarket.
The cultural town of Altea can be reached within a 20 minute drive. The blue-domed church dominates the old town while numerous restaurants, boutiques and galleries can be found among the narrow cobbled streets leading down to the attractive harbour and promenade. Visit the popular Sunday flea market in La Nucia, only a short drive away.
The Moraira / Baladrar area
There are many small beaches and coves to discover along the coast, such as Granadella and Moraig beach at Cumbre del Sol, El Portet, Cala Advocat and Baladrar beach. Relax and enjoy a beachside drink and snack at the beach bar on Baladrar beach.
Moraira Villas also enjoy the two local beaches that have been awarded with the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness, 3 large golf courses, such as the Club de Golf Ifach offer a spectacular course with a stunning sea view as you make your way around the course, watersports, horse-riding, go karting and much more making it a great holiday destination for families.
Moraira once a small fishing village and now a sophisticated holiday resort with a modern marina, has wide sandy beaches and relaxing palm tree-lined boulevards.
There are several supermarkets, banks, a good selection of shops, numerous restaurants, boutiques, pavement cafes, and not a fast food chain in sight. Pepe La Sals supermarket is a five minute walk, as are several shops and bars, and a good restaurant.
Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market, where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods on sale.
This region of Spain is famous for its colourful festivals, and markets. One of the best is the Moors and Christians fiesta in the second week of June a spectacular event put on by the Moraira town locals, that is something to be enjoyed by all age groups.
Moraira is one of those towns that people, including the local inhabitants, just love to stroll round and take in its life at any hour of the day. There are many hidden coves and much more to enjoy, all of this information will be gladly shared with you.

Moraira is approximately just over an hours drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports, all served by low cost airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe, Bmibaby and Monarch etc; from the UK. The easiest route to Moraira is via the A7 toll road and the N332 freeway. To fully appreciate the area we recommend you hire a car.

We had a fabulous week at Villa Baladrar. The weather was great, only one night and morning of rain but from the news reports we have seen since we returned home we now understand that it was particularly heavy for that area. The villa was very clean, well equipped and perfect for two families holidaying together. All our children really enjoyed the pool. They also left their inflatables for any other guests that might have children! The pool heating tripped out during our stay but when we phoned June she arrived around really quickly and reset it for us. It was a lovely area to visit and we enjoyed the beach at El Portet, a lovely meal in Moraira town, a hot sunny afternoon on the beach at Benidorm and had a wonderful day at Terra Mitica in all it's Halloween glory. I would definately recommend a Sunday visit to Terra Mitica in October to enjoy the spooky decorations but mostly for the fact that it was very quiet so we were able to go around and around on the rides without getting off! We would certainly recommend Villa Baladrar as a lovely holiday villa. Connor family UK |

Confirm Booking with a 25% deposit, the balance of the rental fee is due six weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to make this payment will result in the booking being cancelled.
Refundable breakages deposit of £350 is also payable with the final payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
