The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe. Moraira is well known for its mild climate & enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year. During the summer months, temperatures rarely fall below 30°C. (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F).
The surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore.
Moraira / Club Moraira area
Moraira has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character. In the evening wander around the village and port or spend a Friday morning browsing through the stalls at the weekly open-air market. Restaurants and bars of all types can be found in and around Moraira and Jávea to the north or Calpe to the south are just a few minutes drive away.
There are numerous blue flag rated sandy beaches around Moraira, spreading out for 15 km on either side of the town. Most are sheltered & good for family bathing.
How to get there
Moraira is approximately 100 km south of Valencia & 80 km north of Alicante, and is easily accessible from both Alicante & Valencia international airports. Low cost flights to both airports are widely available from regional UK airports. From the airport, Moraira is best reached via the AP-7 toll road (exit 63), the journey time in most cases takes around an hour.
A car is recommended and arrangements can be made to pick up and return your hire car at the airport. Alternatively we can assist you in arranging airport transfers. Please enquire at the time of booking.

Further details indoors: The entrance through glazed doors which fold back, opening up the front patio, leads into an open plan dining area with kitchen off to the left and lounge off to the right.
The kitchen has recently been installed with a range of fitted units, electric oven, gas hob, extractor and integrated fridge and freezer. A microwave oven, kettle and toaster are provided.
The lounge is light and airy and has a three seater sofa and armchair providing a comfortable environment in which to relax. A TV with satellite (free channels only), DVD / CD player are available to houseguests.
The villa is stocked with a selection of books and games for all ages.
The property is split-level with three steps taking you out of the living area to a small hallway from which you can access the bedrooms and bathrooms.
All bedrooms have heating and fitted wardrobes.
Further details outdoors: There are plenty of areas around the garden to lounge in full sun or shade and garden furniture is set out for alfresco dining.
At the rear of the villa there is a side door leading to a utility room with a washing machine and additional fridge / freezer.
An external shower is fitted on the rear wall to help cool down during the long hot summers.
Access to the pool is via a short flight of steps approximately 150m from the entrance to CASA ALELI and at the end of a beautiful garden boulevard.
The pool area is spacious and has a separate children’s section (0.5m), shower and additional seating / sunbathing areas.

Conditions
1. 20% deposit is required to secure booking, this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. 2. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks prior to departure. 3. If you cancel your holiday, this must be done in writing and the following charges will apply:-
More than 8 weeks before departure - deposit only Between 8 and 4 weeks before departure 50% of villa rental rate Less than 4 weeks before 100% of villa rental rate
4. A damage deposit of 240 Euros must be paid to the Property Manager on arrival and will be held by the Property Manager as security against damage to, or misuse of the accommodation for the duration of the rental period. Houseguests will be responsible for leaving the accommodation, together with all it’s furniture and effects, in good order and to inform the Property Manager of any damage or breakage that might have occurred during the rental period. House guests will be wholly liable for the cost of repair of any damage to the property or it’s contents and for any additional costs that might be incurred.
5. Change over day is Saturday. The letting will commence at 16.00 on the first day and terminate at 10.00 on the final day of the rental period or at such times as otherwise shall be specifically agreed and confirmed in writing.
6. The owners do not accept liability for accidents, loss (including theft) or damage suffered by Houseguests and / or their possessions caused through negligence or misuse of the property/equipment.
7. It is the houseguests responsibility to arrange valid passports, visas, health documents and licences and travel insurance cover that will be adequate to their particular needs
