Separate WC and large in door hot and cold shower room. Electric remote controlled gate, garden lighting.

This is a no smoking villa you may smoke out side, animals are not allowed and families and couples only children over the age of five only
The price will not include the heating of the pool, if you wish to use this during your holiday you will be chargedat €200 per week

What a fantastic villa, had a wonderful time, I would recommend this to any body who is looking for a luxury villa Every thing was spot on, very private pool, and the pool side kitchen was great, you can spend all your holiday round the pool. Shops in walking distance and a few Min's drive to beach and town, we could walk for a taxi from the villa. The area is so quite which made it very relaxing. Jo Goldby Lincolnshire.
