Do you want some thing for a special holiday or honey moon then this is the villa for you 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with en suite and patio windows wall flat screen tv all bedrooms all bedrooms have remote controlled Air con units, and window shutters. Lounge with cream furnishings flat screen TV with DVD BBC ITV etc and a large selection of the latest films. Fully fitted ultra modern red and silver kitchen with black granite work tops in floor spot lighting gives a modern feel of this interior designed villa
Off the dining area a terrace with table and chairs, roller blinds which help keep away the hot mid day sun
Full table tennis table for your enjoyment
Thatched cabana with hot tub and children's play area small tree house swings bike and tractor for small children

The area remains exclusively for villa owners and those who prefer the independent holiday. The shops and restaurants are the main attraction as is the lovely clean beach. The area still retains a lot of Spanish Charm.

The villa is situated 4 Min's walk from local supermarket, newsagents, hairdressers, bakers, and taxi or car hire service, you can get early breakfast and or sit and relax in the local Spanish bars.
The villa is in a very quite peaceful residential part of Moraira with private villas so you can relax by the pool with out being over looked

What a fantastic villa, had a wonderful time, I would recommend this to any body who is looking for a luxury villa
Every thing was spot on, very private pool, and the pool side kitchen was great, you can spend all your holiday round the pool.
Shops in walking distance and a few Min's drive to beach and town, we could walk for a taxi from the villa.
The area is so quite which made it very relaxing.

A non refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date. Cancellations charges, more than 8 weeks -no charge, 4-8 prior to arrival -50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival -75% of total rental rate, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of total rental rate, These prices include all linen , 24 hr on call service. Special rates are negotiable for longer stays especially during the winter month. The arrival and departure is any day in the high season. Check in time is 4pm departure time 10am.

£300 or €350 Bond in cash will be needed on your arrival, this will be given back at the end of your stay after inspection of the villa the villa, this is to cover any damage or if the villa is left in a dirty condition [thank you for understanding]
