A brand new three bedroom apartment within a prestigious development with lovely communal pools and gardens.

THE PROPERTY IS ON A BRAND NEW DEVELOPMENT WHICH IS NOT YET FULLY OCCUPIED. WE ARE THEREFORE OFFERING EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE PRICES FOR THE WHOLE OF THE 2013 SEASON. BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

This lovely first floor apartment is well located to enjoy the delights of the exclusive resort town of Moraira. Within a short drive you will find some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca, whilst the quaint old quarter offers exclusive shops and fine restaurants. From the beach you can arrange a multitude of water sports including scuba diving and jet ski hire. Take a drive along the dramatic coast road to Calpe and enjoy a leisurely seafood lunch at one of the many quayside restaurants, or while away the afternoon in a promenade bar and just watch the world pass by.

This spacious new apartment is equipped to the highest levels, and provides spacious accommodation for six people. From the entrance hall you will find a bright and airy lounge/diner with television and DVD player and a well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite facilities and a twin, together with a family bathroom. Upstairs there is a further bedroom area with a comfortable sofa bed and private terrace. From the lounge patio doors lead to a spacious terrace with outside dining furniture, overlooking the second swimming pool.

The complex is totally secure with underground parking and gates controlled by an electronic entry system. The extensive grounds are well presented and include two communal pools.

This property is managed by Totalcare Property Services, a local company with multilingual staff who will meet you at the villa and be on hand to offer any further assistance. A welcome pack will be provided, and a full range of nursery equipment is available for hire. In addition every Totalcare booking will receive an ice cold bottle of cava in the fridge to help you start your holiday in style!!!!!

Conditions

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance plus a 300 euros damages deposit due eight weeks before arrival. Two week bookings receive an interim linen change, additional linen and cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca has a wonderful all round climate with mild winters and warm summers cooled by Mediterranean breezes, making it the perfect location no matter what time of the year you choose to visit. The area is renowned for its agriculture and is a walkers paradise with the inland valleys full of orange and lemon groves, vineyards and almond trees, whilst the mountain slopes are covered by cypress and pine forests.

The Moraira / Montimar area

If you can drag yourself away from the beautiful sandy beaches you will find many interesting local attractions. The old town of Javea with it's maze of cobbled streets and historic church is a must, as is the beautiful domed church of Altea. The harbour areas of Calpe and Denia with there multitude of seafood restaurants make a great evening out, and most weeks you will find there is a local fiesta to keep you up to the small hours.

Moraira is located on the Costa Blanca between Alicante and Valencia. Both airports are well serviced by budget airlines such as Easyjet and Ryanair, as well as Monarch and Thompson. The trip from the airport to Moraira is around an hour and nearly all motorway. Taxis are available from both airports, however we would recommend a car to get the most from this beautiful area of Spain.
