The open plan lounge area has a UK satellite TV and DVD player with views of the pool and sea.
There is a beautiful garden with mature palms and fruit trees. The villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a portable BBQ available for use.

The villa has stunning sea views and areas beside the swimming pool for sun-bathing on loungers provided.
Under the naya, there is a large family table with seating for 6.
The large terrace can be accessed via the master bedroom or dining area.
There is a private parking area beside the villa with ample additional parking on the road if needed.
The garden can be accessed from the terrace.
A portable BBQ is available.
We don't provide beach towels and we recommend you bring your own for the pool area and beaches. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the rental price.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance plus a £250 damages deposit due eight weeks before arrival. Two week bookings receive an interim linen change, additional linen and cleaning may be arranged and paid for locally.The villa will be checked after you leave and your damages deposit will be returned within two weeks, assuming no damages.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Alicante province has a fabulous climate, and as well as being well known for its clean and safe beaches, the whole area is steeped in history with both Spanish and Moors cultures and architecture.
Alicante itself is worth a visit to see the stunning churches.
The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Cumbre del Sol is about half an hour's drive from Benidrom and the theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura which are both great for family days out.
There are a few 18 golf course about half an hour's drive from the villa, in Oliva Nova, Benidorm and Denia. Javea and Moraira have 9 hole courses.
Cumbre del Sol has a private beach area with a cafe/bar and seaside activities. This is a very short drive down the hill to the parking area.
Cumbre del Sol has a shopping centre on the North side of the hill with a supermarket, bank, communal swimming pool, bank, restaurant, bar and cafes.
There are a number of large supermarkets on the main roads in Benitachell, towards Moraira and Javea

A number of airlines fly from the various UK airports to Alicante airport, Monarch airlines offers a good service, Easyjet has many flights and British Airways also flies there but nowadays is more limited.
Alicante airport is about an hour and fifteen minutes drive and we would recommend that you hire a car at Alicante airport.
There are many car hire companies located in the airport terminal, although we would recommend you book prior to flying to save time and costs. We have used carjet and holidayautos to book cars in advance, although most major car firms will also service Alicante airport.
