'VilSol' is something a little different. A spacious, secluded, two-storey, hillside villa with breathtaking sea, mountain and vineyard views. South-facing, all day sun. A roomy villa (140m2) in Moraira's most exclusive area. Sleeps 5 in two large bedrooms and double sofa bed in lounge. The property shares a large pool and is just minutes from Moraira's fantastic family-friendly beaches, restaurants and marina. Three minutes from the charming market town of Teulada. More excellent beaches at Javea, Denia, Calpe and Altea 10-20 minutes away. Large rooms, great views and privacy.
This is a property for those who appreciate the real meaning of "location".
Note:
The left hand photo below shows the beautiful location of the properties in relation to the bay and the surrounding greenery. The house partly visible is a neighbour 200 metres from VilSol. It’s identical except it's smaller than VilSol. To get that particular bay view, taken from an elevated position behind the properties, that bit of house is unavoidable. Its impossible to get that exact same shot from VilSol as one can’t get that far behind and above the property. However as you can see from all our other pictures, our views are just as spectacular! Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday. Restaurants in abundance( 3 Michelin star-rated), shops, wineries, historic buildings and celebrations, all watersports, golf, tennis, horse-riding, go-karts, walking, cycling, climbing, parasailing, themepark Terra Mitica, excursions or renting a Harley Davidson! Villa layout Overlooking the Moraira valley and bay area on a very small, quiet residential development of just fifteen properties. Fifteen metre shared pool with terrace, BBQ area, toilets and shower. The entrance level upper floor comprises kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and separate lounge with patio doors opening on to the balcony. Downstairs are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, large covered terrace and secluded garden area for sun bathing. The south facing balcony and downstairs garden have sun all day.

Rental rates:
Pets are accepted only if visitors have advised us, in writing, at time of booking that they will be bringing a pet and only if the appropriate pet supplement has been paid as well as an increased security deposit. The supplement is to cover the costs of extra cleaning required after pets.
Very reasonable compared to rates charged for other properties with similar location, views and size. Rental rates include linen packs - not beach towels - for four people. Optional extra linen pack for 5th person, cot or high chair can be supplied on request. 30% deposit with booking. Balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Long winter lets available. Prices above are based on two people. If more than two people are staying, the weekly rental rate for the property (not per person) is increased by a modest £25 to £50 depending on time of year to cover the associated additional change-over and laundry costs.

Christmas and New Year £299 per week plus £25 heating
Cleaning cost (winter):
Cleaning costs for winter short stays: For stays of one week or less, please add £35 for cleaning costs (this is waived for Xmas or New Year stays).
Linen on rentals less than £375:
Linen - rentals of less than £375 (for the duration of the whole stay) are subject to a linen charge of £9 per person (note - pool/ beach towels not provided). Linen charge is already included in rentals exceeding £375
Single weeks in peak season:
A £50 supplement is charged on single week rentals in July & August (this is to cover the increased frequency/ cost of changeovers)
Xmas and New Year 2011/2012 £275 per week
Xmas and New Year 2012/2013 £299 per week
