Casa Alsy is a 5 minute drive from the beautiful El Portet bay and Moraira. Spains Jewel in the crown. The villa has an enticing swimming pool area with loungers, parasols, table & chairs. There is ample outside lighting for al-fresco dining. For complete security there are lockable gates to the driveway. There is one double & one twin bedrooms, both en suite. Two pull out beds are available in the twin bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, lounge with T.V & comfortable furniture, dining area with table & chairs along with an airy Neya. Perfect for a family or couples.

The villa is spacious, comfortable & homely. The kitchen includes washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & plenty of cutlery & crockery. There is gas central heating, air conditioning & a fireplace. The boiler provides constant hot water. Satellite TV is available along with a DVD player. There are mosquito/fly screens & shutters on all main windows. Two bedrooms with en-suite facilities, ceiling fans and plenty of cupboard space. There is a separate WC to the lobby.

The grounds of Casa Alsy are spacious and pretty. There is a large swimming pool along with parasols, sun loungers, table & chairs, a BBQ for al-fresco dining. It is a tranquil spot for reading & relaxing. There is a large secure driveway with lockable gates. It is a private area.

No glass at any time by the pool.
Conditions
A £250 deposit is required upon booking, this fee will be held for damages/breakages and will be fully refundable upon inspection within 14 days of your departure.
The rental will become due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Golden Valley is with the Moraira area, which has it's own micro climate and tends to escape extremes of weather. When the weather is very hot the sea breeze can be welcoming, this is guaranteed between April - October. Temperatures average from 20-35 degrees. It is considered to be one of the healthiest parts of Europe due to its climate & lack of industry.
The Moraira / Golden Valley area
Golden Valley is a small, private area 5 minutes away from El-Portet, a small sandy cove with clear safe waters. There are restaurants and it's a 5 minute walk to Moraira and the marina. It's a beautiful, pretty area with an excellent variety of bars, restaurants, shops and two lovely beaches. A market is held in Moraira every Friday..well worth a visit for local produce and Spanish pottery, handbags, shoes & clothing.
Festival time in Moraira is June/July when the famous Moors & Christians event takes place. A parade takes place through the town and on the beach.
Local activities include: Golf, Go-Karting, Diving, Hiking, Tennis, Bowling and much more.
Further up the coast is Javea [approx' 10km] it is a lively town with a good beach, shops, bars & restaurants. Denia [approx' 20km] has ferries across to Ibiza, a selection of bars, restaurants & shops.
Other nearby towns include: Teulada, Benissa & Benidorm.
Travel inland for some superb mountain scenery and see the real Spain.
The cities of Alicante & Valencia are well worth a visit, their architecture, museums and ambience are a must, along the way you'll discover hidden coves to explore. We will gladly share our finds with you !

The nearest airport is Alicante, the drive is approximately 1 hour. Valencia airport is approximately 1 hour 30 mins away. Budget airlines include Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, BMI Baby & Thompson Fly. Car Hire is readily available at both airports though is advisable to book, we would recommend 'Travel Supermarket' website to get a good comparison of prices. The journey to the villa is enjoyable and a coastal route is available though slightly longer than the motorway route.

Having spent two 3wk holidays in October 2010 and 2011 I can't speak too highly of Casa Alsy, she's a very pretty, secluded, well kept villa with excellent furnishings and bedding. The large garden enabled us to park behind locked gates and steps lead down to a paved patio area and ample sized private swimming pool. The villa is located in a quiet uphill residential area a few minutes drive from the nearest supermarkets, the beach and restaurants of Moraira and El Portet are approximately a ten minute drive. On arrival at the villa we were met by a friendly manager who showed us round and explained all we needed to know for our stay. Looking forward to our next visit. |
