The detached villa is approached through double gates leading to the car port and ample further parking, there are 4 steps up to an open naya leading to the front entrance and a large hall. Off the hall are 2 double bedrooms (kingsize(5')in one and the other with single bed that has a pop up single beneath so can be a superking size bed or twin beds), ceiling fans, mosquito nets and they share a full bathroom with bath and shower over. The lounge is on the other side of the hall and comprises of 2 x 2 seater sofas, easy chair 32" flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player, A/C. The master bedroom is situated at the back of the villa with superking size bed, A/C, TV & Sky TV, mosquito nets. There is a large en-suite with bath and shower cubicle and vanity unit. The kitchen leads to a further covered naya with sofa and chairs and dining facilities the utility items are also housed here. The terrace area has an 8x4 rectangular private pool with Roman steps and a hand rail (shallow end 1.00m, deep end 2.20m)& outside shower. There is a further terrace ideal for BBQ and outside dining, 4 sun loungers, 2 lounging chairs, dining table and chairs for 8.

The main beach in the pretty resort of Moraira, with its picturesque marina and clear shallow water still remains one of the most unspoilt, smaller intimate resorts on the north Costa Blanca and is just a 2 minute walk. Javea Golf Club is a 20 min drive, Ifach Golf Club in Moraira approx. 15 minutes and there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, approx. 30 minute drive. Car is not essential whilst you are staying in Moraira but there are many other interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular beach resorts of Javea, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

Moraira

Moraira is a picturesque coastal town in a bay on the South-Eastern coast of Spain. It is nestled between the resorts of Javea and Calpe. Once a sleepy fishing village, Moraira is a popular holiday destination for European visitors staying in holiday villas in Moraira. Moraira's property is also sought after by its loyal following from Spain. Surrounded by Costa Blanca's beautiful mountains, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters. Moraira's impressive marina is at the centre of its life with plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants. In fact some of the restaurants are highly recommended with menus for all tastes. Much of Moraira's original character remains untouched due to strict planning laws, ensuring that the town is not over-developed. The area has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful un-spoilt scenery. In the evenings there is a great relaxed nightlife with locals and visitors coming together to enjoy the many restaurants and bars. On your Moraira villa holiday it is recommended you hire a car to really appreciate the area's beauty and many activities and excursions. As well as Moraira and Javea there are some fantastic towns and villages locally by: Calpe, Denia Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante. Moraira and Javea both have weekly open markets selling an array of local produce such as fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh (and silk) flowers, local specialities, clothes, rugs, leather goods, pottery and souvenirs. There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished. There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca. Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there's a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-karts. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November.
