This lovely ground floor apartment is situated an easy 20 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) from Moraira town and beaches in a quiet exclusive cul de sac. It is entirely self contained below the owner's private villa and has a sunny private patio for al fresco dining and relaxing. The apartment has a fabulous new kitchen/breakfast room fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge, hob and oven. There is a large shower room and a huge bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, plus sitting area with futon, TV and DVD player. It is situated just a few seconds walk to the large communal pool and surrounding gardens.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Moraira is well situated on the beautiful Costa Blanca, with good road and rail links to many sites including:
Beautiful Valencia with great shopping and sightseeing including the Port America's Cup, and the spectacular City of Arts & Sciences
Benidorm for Terra Mitica (theme park), and Europe's largest water park Aqualandia
Jalon Valley for locally produced wines and hams, with great mountain walking and beautiful views
Calpe with it's spectacular Penon de Ifach rivalling the rock of Gibraltar for walking and rock climbing
The Moraira area
MORAIRA town retains much of it's character as a former fishing village. There are no high rise developments and the narrow streets are lined with shops, bars and restaurants. A wholesale fish auction takes place on the quayside and there are two fishmongers selling freshly-caught fish.
Moraira has four BEACHES, each different in character from the others.
The beach of El Portet is situated at the end of a sheltered shell-shaped bay with crystal clear water and a gently sloping seabed, being ideal and safe for swimming and snorkelling.
The town beach is a large sandy beach with a play area and restaurants.
Platgetes is quieter and partly sand/partly rock; and L'Andrago is a boulder beach, ideal for snorkelling.
Both to the north and south of Moraira there are many secluded bays and coves well worth exploring.
Moraira's main beaches are all European blue flagged, zoned and lifeguarded so that all activities can be enjoyed safely.
Swimming, snorkelling, scuba-diving, jetskiing, windsurfing, waterskiing and sailing are all available locally. Other sports include walking, climbing, cycling and horse-riding. Moraira has a beautiful marina hosting a myriad of yachts of all shapes and sizes.

Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant.
Club Ifach is also within a 10 minute drive and is a 9 hole course in a spectacular setting overlooking the Penon de Ifach rock, and the sea. The views from the club house are a perfect excuse to stop in after a round or two on the course!
La Sella Golf Club is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and
swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts.
Within 40 minutes drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, par 72. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
