Parque La Cala is a spacious 4 bedroom traditional Spanish villa built in 1998 to a high standard and well equipped with all the things you will need for a perfect self catering holiday. Situated on a complex of just twelve detached homes, the facilities briefly comprise of four double bedrooms (two with en suites), a family bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious open plan lounge/dining area and three sun terraces.The villa has a private garden as well as shared communal gardens and a lovely shared swimming pool. The whole villa is tastefully decorated and in first class condition throughout. It is just 1 hours drive from Alicante International airport and is located close to the picturesque village of El Portet which has a superb beach and is within walking distance of the villa (2km). Just 4km away is the larger town of Moraira which also has a lovely beach aswell as a magnitude of quality shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.This property is presented as an ideal holiday home for families.

The villa is detached and is built on three levels with the entrance being on the middle floor. Four double bedrooms are located as follows:
Bedroom 1 is on the middle floor and has a large double bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is also located on the middle floor, with two single beds, built in wardrobe and doors leading onto the terrace. (The main bathroom and shower is between these two rooms). Bedroom 3 is located on the upper level (accessed by an external stairway), with a large double bed, built in wardrobe and ensuite shower room. This room also has its own terrace and enjoys stunning panoramic views. Bedroom 4 is located on the lower floor (also accessed by an external stairway) and consists of two single beds, built in wardrobes, ensuite shower and its' own terrace.
Bedroom 2 is ideally suited for children and a cot is available if required. There are ceiling fans in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and a floor mounted occilating fan in bedroom 4. Please note: Access to bedrooms 3 & 4 is via external stairs, so unsuitable for small children sleeping without a supervised adult.
All bathrooms are built to a high standard and are fitted with modern pressure showers and quality sanitary ware.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all the neccessary utensils you would need for a self catering holiday. The washing machine is located in the basement cellar.
The living room is 8 metres long and incorporates a dining area with dining table and six chairs. There is also a ceiling fan in this room. There is a new TV with video and DVD players, a CD/radio/cassette player and a full Sky TV Package.
The whole villa is tastefully decorated and in first class condition throughout and also has the advantage of full central heating, not normally found in Spanish Villas. During the cooler months the evenings can be quite chilly and the heating makes the villa very comfortable. An air conditoning unit has been installed in the main bedroom on the middle floor.

This lovely villa has three separate sun terraces. There is a good supply of outside furniture and sunbeds which can be taken down to the pool, (sunbeds are normally stored in the lower floor bedroom). The well kept gardens are planted with shrubs and flowers with gravel areas with palm and connifers. There are extensive communal landscaped gardens surrounding the shared pool and also a large sun terrace with shower and seating. There is also a BBQ situated on the main floor terrace for al fresco dining and all terrace areas are illuminiated to give you that perfect end to the perfect day feel.There is a car port at the side of the property with enough parking space for two cars with steps leading down to the villa.

Guests are kindly asked to arrive no earlier than 3pm and vacate before 10am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
Changeover days are flexible.
Although the villa has four bedrooms we are reluctant to accommodate more than six people as we are anxious to maintain the standard of accommodation to ensure a comfortable environment for a pleasant family holiday.
Please note: For your safety, all non-swimmers and children must be supervised at all times whilst in the swimming pool area and children must not be allowed on the balconies unsupervised.

The Costa Blanca or in other words the 'White Coast' has helped place Alicante on the map, generating a major tourist attraction with its miles of sandy beaches. However, Alicante has created more interest since transforming itself from a rundown old town into a stylish city with its new harbour complex, clean beaches, outstanding museums, exceptional shops and buzzing nightlife.
The Costa Blanca covers the Province of Alicante, south of Valencia Community on the Mediterranean mainland and coast. Fine sandy beaches, pebble beaches with crystalline water are found on this stretch of coastline. The climate has pleasant temperatures throughout the year. The average temperature of the water is between18 to 28 degrees celcius. Winter is practically unknown.
The Moraira / El Portet area
El Portet is a quiet seaside village just 2km from the villa. Its' safe shallow waters make it an ideal holiday playground for all the family. Situated in a quiet, sheltered bay with gently shelving sand, it has beautifully warm clean water which is ideal for children. It also has some very good beach bars and there are superb views along the beach to Calpe and inland of pine clad mountains. In the village there is a small supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants. From El Portet you can watch the sun set behind the Penon de Ifach - a large column of rock which rises from the sea, whilst enjoying a cool drink or even dinner from one of the beach side restaurants. Please note: There is quite a steep incline to El Portet, which may make it unsuitable for those with walking difficulties and small children and therefore a car is advised. There are also four fantastic golf courses nearby.
The larger town of Moraira is just 4km away, once a small fishing village, it has developed into a modern cosmopolitan, up-market town, but still retains a village atmosphere.There are no high rise developments that have scarred much of the Costas in Spain. Small colourful streets, pavement cafes, a pretty marina, a sandy bay and much more make this a great place to visit for all the family, both during the day and in the evening. There's an excellent selection of bars and restaurants, anything from Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and international cuisine. A traditional weekly market takes place every Friday; besides fresh produce, you can find a large selection of other merchandise such as plants, leather goods, and many other products from local craftsmen. Next to the market is a children's amusement park which is open at night. Moraira also offers 2 crazy golf courses, go carting and tennis. Moraira's main beach, L'Ampolla, at the foot of the castle, is an ideal 'family' beach with lots of golden sand and excellent facilities. Benidorm is just a 20 minute drive away offering an amazing variety of entertainment and attractions. It boasts some truly spectacular Theme Parks including Terra Mitica, which is the largest theme park in Europe, making it one of the most exciting family holiday destinations in Europe! What more could you want for a fantastic holiday!
