The living area is spacious and has satellite TV, DVD player and Music centre. Rooms decorated in the local style. Separate dining area with extending table. New fully fitted kitchen with Oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster & fridge.Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and are both en-suite.
The Naya is glassed in with sliding doors leading out to the patio area, with lots of room for sunbathing, relaxing and BBQs. Outside dining furniture is provided.
To the front of the property there is a a drive, with parking facilities and two large gates to secure the property at night.
Moraira is a very special resort, for both couples and families alike.

The area around Moraira is blessed with every kind of entertainment, scenery and leisurely pastimes with Theme parks(Terra Mitica) Aqualandia, Safari parks and various golf coursesall near by. On the scenic front, there are the mountain areas around Guadalest, the water falls at Callosa and the caves at Benolba, plus many mountain routes. Historic coastal towns like Javea, Denia, Valencia and Alicante are all within easy reach of this location. There is also go-kart racing, and tennis courts very close by ,and in season there are fishing trips, sea taxis up and down the coast, plus jet- skiing at several nearby beaches.
The Moraira / Alcazar area
Moraira is a beautiful old fishing village, which has grown in the last 10 years into a very special holiday resort.The planning authorities have kept the village growth to a minimum and where building has taken place, it has been tastefully done. The beach area is just off from of the main street and has many water sport amenities.
The village is full of every variety of restaurants and bars, which are embedded in the local original building facades, streets and squares. Several Golf courses in the area include 9 and 18 holes, fun to competitive courses to match your mood and timing. Courses to consider are Ifach, Javea, Altea which are all 9 Holes.
La Sella, Benolba and Terra Mitica are18 holes to mention only a few in the area. Go - Karting, Tennis and green bowls are also very local to Moraira.
