Further details outdoors:
As an added extra the villa has a roof top solarium for the private sun worshippers, but there is plenty of room on the patio should it get too hot and a little shade is needed while lying out on the sun loungers.
A mobile barbecue and complete patio set is also available should you decide to eat "al Fresco" under the naya where you can lazily watch the world go by with a glass or two of Spanish wine maybe bought from the Jalon valley.
Our Villa is just 10 -15 minutes short walk into Moraira and amenities. It is set in a small private and tranquil, pine-wooded cul-de-sac called "Bungalows Moradix".
The two bedroom villa stands in it's own grounds having a paved patio, with private parking. The large, private swimming pool is shared by the other bungalow residents and is of a good size if you wish to swim lengths with an adjoining pool for the younger ones or the none swimmers.
A tennis court for the energetic is also for the use of residents and their guests but do book the court in advance as it can be popular during morning and early evening this will save disappointment.
Conditions
Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for very young children. We would be very grateful if smokers would kindly refrain from smoking inside the villa.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Nestled in a pretty bay on the south-east coast of Spain, the small resort town of Moraira is an oasis of traditional charm on the busy Costa Blanca, a favoured holiday spot and retirement haven. Moraira has grown from a small fishing village into an attractive resort surrounded by luxury villas without losing its Spanish character, which is entrenched in its impressive marina, variety of shops, colourful weekly markets, atmospheric old town, and its waterfront restaurants and bars.
The resort is easily accessible, being equidistant (about 62 miles/100km) by motorway from both Alicante and Valencia airports. For those who enjoy a taste of the high life, it is also within easy reach by car or bus of the busier, glitzier Costa Blanca resorts of Javea, Calpe and bustling Benidorm. The countryside around Moraira offers some lovely scenery dotted with unspoilt villages to explore. The relaxed traditional ambience of Moraira does not mean there is not plenty to occupy holidaymakers.
The resort boasts two main beaches with Blue Flag status, separated by a promontory crowned with a medieval fortress: clean and sandy beaches shelve gently and safely into the aquamarine depths. There are also plenty of sport and leisure facilities on offer. When it comes to holiday weather, Moraira claims an average 325 days of sunshine a year, and temperatures that stay constantly pleasantly warm, sea breezes ensuring that it is never sweltering in summer, and the surrounding mountains protecting the town from the chilly winter winds.
The Moraira area
The pretty 'El Portet' beach just 2kms around the scenic coast road, another within walking distance called 'El Roco' beach, and then Moraira central beach. This is next to the new Marina, where wind surfers, jet skis and motor boats can be hired for a modest cost.
Our Villa is just 10 -15 minutes short walk into Moraira and amenities. It is set in a small private and tranquil, pine-wooded cul-de-sac called "Bungalows Moradix". Supermarkets are plentiful and cater for the British needs. Market day is every Friday unless it falls on a fiesta, and offers a wide choice of fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes, lace goods, and ceramics all at very reasonable prices.
Should you decide to eat out there are dozens of good restaurants in the area, some are cheap and others more expensive. If you stick to the Menu del dia (menu of the day) for around £6.00 you can have a three-course meal which often includes bread and wine.
Moraira has a splendid go-cart track in fact people travel miles to race on it, but do beware as some of the carts are really fast but having said that they are fun. Indoors bowling and level green bowling can be found in nearby Javea. The area also provides for golfers, there is a golf course in Denia, Javea, Moraira and Oliva.
If sports do not interest you then there are many places to visit just a short drive away such as, the Waterfalls at Algar, wildlife in "Mundomar", the castle at Guadalest," Terra Mitica" theme park, Aqualandia and the Jalon valley with it's many wine bars. Here you can taste the wine before you purchase, a litre of wine will cost as little as a couple of euro's. This is just to name a few, but there is so much more to see.

| Airport: | Alicante: 80 km |
The distance to the villa is approximately 60 miles from Alicante Airport so transport is needed. We recommend the use of Autos Javea under the direction of Kevin O'Dell (who is English by the way) and will have a car waiting at the airport on your arrival. You then drive yourselves to Moraira and use the car for the rest of your holiday, obviously popping into Kevin's office in the old town of Javea (which is easy to find we give you the directions) at some time to pay for the car, or pay by credit card.
When your holiday is over simply drive back to the airport and leave the vehicle in the car park. Nothing could be easier!
