Built on old lemon groves, this good sized villa is set in a corner position at the head of a very quiet cul-de-sac and very close to the nearby beach, approx 200m. With air conditioning throughout, 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 en suite, a large lounge dining room, separate kitchen and large terrace with views of the pool and sea. Ideally situated in walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, shops, doctors and the centre of Moraira with its many great restaurants, shops and marina.

Set over two levels with the living accommodation on the upper floor to take advantage of the views, comprising of large comfortably furnished lounge, dining room, cloak room, separate fully fitted kitchen and large terrace complete with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The terrace looks out over the communal pool and the the sea beyond. A great place to relax over a meal or just with drinks before heading out for dinner.
On the ground floor there are three good sized bedrooms all with the benefit of ceiling fans, the master with king sized bed and en suite bath/shower room, a double, a twin and the family shower room. There is also a separate utility/laundry room.
Further details outdoors:
Outside there are large mature gardens with a covered parking space and plenty of terracing to enjoy the Spanish sunshine. There is a second set of terrace furniture and sun beds for use in this area. Access to the communal pool is just across the cul-de-sac where you will find ample sun loungers and tables and chairs. This area also has a covered section should you need a break from the sun. The pool is a large kidney shape with a children section and Roman steps.
Further details
A deposit is required at the time of booking (approx 20%). The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
On arrival you will be required to pay to the local agent the security deposit of 250 Euros, this will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday if the apartment/villa is handed back in the same condition as at the commencement of the stay. Payment by credit cards are subject to a 1.5% surcharge.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca Beaches
Costa Blanca beaches are fine examples of what has made the region so popular for many decades. Denia’s Las Marinas Beach has Blue Flag status and is made for sunning and swimming. Calpe boasts two excellent beaches divided by Penon de Ifach, one of Costa Blanca’s favourite landmarks. Benidorm is Spain’s leading tourist enclave. Set amongst an imposing skyline are two of the areas best beaches; Levante and Poniente.
Alicante City
Alicante is the capital of Costa Blanca and home to San Juan, Albufereta and Saladar beaches. All three offer fine sand, clear water and many sporting options. Santa Pola is wide and dotted with palm trees. In the south, Torrevieja has Locos, Cura and Mata Beach proffering sweeping sandy beaches made for tourists.
Denia & Altea
Visit the large Arab fortress in Denia overlooking the bustling Seafront Esplanade and the hub of Denia town life, the Marques de Campo. Altea’s quaint cobblestone streets are flanked by whitewashed buildings leading up to the Plaza de Nuestra Senora del Consuelo and its remarkable blue domed church.
Terra Mitica- Benidorm & Villajoyosa
Terra Mitica in Benidorm is a park divided in to five themed areas; Iberia, Rome, Egypt, Greece and the Grecian Islands. Aqualandia, also in Benidorm is a family favourite. Villajoyosa is noted for its chocolate, fresh fish and brightly coloured buildings.
The Moraira / Cometa area
A small coastal town, Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each). However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and. unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. It has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character. There are too many restaurants of interest and good quality to list here but we can mention that there are 8 Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area with two of them being star rated.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Moraira are within easy walking distance. Moraira has lovely bars, restaurants and exclusive shops. Calpe with its busy town and glorious beaches is only 10kms away

Moraira is an easy drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports along the Motorway AP7 existing at junction 63. Most of the low cost airlines fly into these airports, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, BMI Baby and many more. Ideally collect a hire car at the airport, it is recommended to get the best from your stay and drive to the villa, alternatively you can take a taxi, this will cost approx 90€ to 100€ one way.
Please note the motorway is a toll road so expect to collect a ticket from the booth when you join the AP7 and pay the toll on exiting the motorway, the toll is between 5€ and 10€ depending on the season.
