Set in the popular Cumbre del Sol area of Moraira with easy access to the centre of town, Javea, Denia and Calpe. This tastefully furnished apartment is ideal for a great family holiday, fitted out with quality leather sofas, modern dining table and chairs, Flat screen TV . Fitted kitchen, washing machine and good sized terrace with table chairs and sun loungers.The scenic beach of Cumbre del Sol is just a few minutes drive away where you will find a quiet bay with a couple of friendly beach bars and plenty of parking.

Enter into the hallway with bathroom off through to the spacious lounge, dining room with bedrooms off. There is an American style kitchen with breakfast bar and patio doors to the terrace form the lounge and the master bedroom. Both the lounge and the master bedroom have the great sea views.

Further details outdoors:
Good sized terrace with table and chairs for 4 persons and a couple of sun lounger. Dont forget the views, all the way to Ibiza on a clear day. Just along from the apartment is the shared pool area with a large lagoon infinity pool benifitting for the same great sea views as the apartment.

Conditions

A deposit of 15% is required at the time of booking, at this time you will also be required to pay the departure clean and linen costs, details below. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival you will be required to pay to the local agent the security deposit of 150 Euros, this will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday if the /villa is handed back in the same condition as at the commencement of the stay. Payment by credit cards are subject to a flat rate charge of 4 euros.

The Moraira / Benitachell/Cumbre del Sol area

Set in the beautiful scenic area of Cumbre De Sol close to both of the small commercial centre's and supermarket. Very close the beach and just short drive from Moraira.

A small coastal town, Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each). However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and. unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. It has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character. There are too many restaurants of interest and good quality to list here but we can mention that there are 8 Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area with two of them being star rated.

Moraira is an easy drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports along the Motorway AP7 exsiting at junction 63. Most of the low cost airlines fly into these airports, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, BMI Baby and many more. Ideally collect a hire car at the airport, it is recommended to get the best from your stay and drive to the apartment, alternatively you can take a taxi, this will cost approx 90€ to 100€ one way. Please note the motorway is a toll road so expect to collect a ticket from the booth when you join the AP7 and pay the toll on exiting the motorway, the toll is between 5€ and 10€ depending on the season.
