The central lounge area has comfortable seating for 4 people. Sat TV with SKY family package.
The large bathroom has a full sized bath, shower and bidet.
1 double bedroom with king size bed and one bedroom with comfortable single beds.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, split level electric oven and gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher.

A large sun terrace surrounds the 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool, with sun beds and cushions provided.
We also provide towels for the pool or beach.
Conditions
Reservation deposit 40% of the total cost. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We accept credit cards by phone (3% service charge).
Changeover Day is flexible

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The villa is situated in the Benitachell area of Costa Blanca which is midway between Javea and Moraira. Both these resorts have beautiful sandy beaches plus many isolated coves for those who like to get away from it all. Many good golf courses are nearby, we can get preferential prices on some of them, please ask.. A half hour drive inland takes you to breathtaking mountain scenery, water falls and quaint Spanish villages. Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar takes also half an hour. Our bar restaurant is a short walk from the villa where we are always on hand to give help and advice to clients.
The Moraira / Benitachell area
Possibly one of the most beautiful parts of the Spanish coast line, Javea is the stockbroker belt of the Costa Blanca. An evening stroll along the Arenal beach with all the aromas coming from the huge range of restaurants, serving oriental and Indian food, traditional Spanish paellas and fresh fish.
Our own restaurant / bar is a 10 minute walk from the villa, serving quality evening meals and traditional Sunday lunch. We also have English and Spanish beers to be enjoyed on the terrace around the pool or in the shady courtyard of the 300 year old farmhouse.

Changeover day is flexible. The villa will be ready for occupation no later than 16.30 on the day of arrival but must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
On arrival we require a credit card for us to charge any damage or breakages, max €200.00
Payments for rental can be made direct to our UK bank in £;s sterling or to our Spanish bank in Euros
We also accept credit cards by telephone with a service charge of 3%
Winter rentals of four weeks or more £650.00 per 4 weeks including gas, electric and heating.
