Villa Palmeras is set in the tropical neighbourhood of Paitxi- Moraira which is situated a few minutes drive from El Portet and Moraira beaches.The Villa is built on a wonderful plot enjoying some of the most spectacular views, the area has to offer. The private grounds in which the villa is situated are of an exceptional standard in both thier landscape, design and grooming.

Orginally a fishing village, Moraira is now a lovely small resort town surrounded by white-washed villas nestling in the pine clad foothills of the Marina Alta Mountains.

Moraira is ideally situated in a bay on the Northern Costa Blanca coast. Aproximately 50 miles north of Alicante and 70 miles south of Valencia. Excellent motorway and coastal roads from both.

Villa Palmeras is 45 minutes from Alicante, an hour from Valencia airport and 2 hours for Murcia.

The property has a summer kitchen for ease of use for BBQ and meals around the pool.
The property has many beautiful terraces which can be enjoyed by day or night. The terraces are on both the ground floor and first floor allowing full enjoyment of the days sun throughout the day, from dawn to sunset. The sunsets are a must and won't be forgotten. The pool area is finished in a rustic stone giving ample sun bathing for all the family. Both the ground and first floor terraces offer dining areas with easy access to the kitchens.
The property is very accomodating in its layout to all sorts of clients. Offering both wonderful family accommodation or fantastic shared family/ friends apartments,as the villa can be easily split into two. Both floors offer 1 double, 1 twin, shower/ toilet facility and fully equipped kitchens as a minimum. This allows for as little or as much private time for each family.
