Bienvenue dans ce très bel appartement entièrement meublé et équipé, de type F3 de 65m2, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (2 vraies chambres) dans le calme quartier des Aubes à 8mn à pied du Corum, proche du centre historique et de la place de la Comédie(12mn à pied par un chemin agréable) avec station de vélo à 200m, tram à 8mn, bus ligne 14 à 50mètres.

C'est donc à un emplacement privilégié que vous profiterez de cet appartement confortable au rez de chaussée surélevé d'une résidence ancienne et sécurisée.

Vous apprécierez l'accès rapide à l'autoroute A9 en 5 min, la gare SNCF à 10 minutes en bus et tramway et l'aéroport à 10 minutes en voiture ou navettes-bus dédiées.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francoise (the owner) a message.

If Francoise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
