In the outside it has a private furnished garden. Downstairs it features a little living room and a second living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen corner. On this level are the 2 double bedrooms (each with a bathroom fitted with bathtub and shower). There is a single bedded room located on a mezzanine with its own bathroom equipped with a shower.
