"Great value for money and well positioned for the area."

We really enjoyed our week at Le Petit Galimou and the surrounding area. We were met on arrival by our host who at all times was there to help us and advise us on a range of fascinating activities close to Montignac. The gite is small, well-presented and cosy, with a lovely log fire and clean and adequate facilities. It represents excellent value and met our needs admirably. Several minor concerns were quickly and efficiently dealt with by the owner.

"Comfortable, well equipped gite with fabulous views"

The gite was even better than we expected and proved to be very comfortable and fully equipped for our 2 week stay. Diana was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble.
There are many places of interest within a short drive, we would particularly recommend the caves at Padirac and the memorial village of Oradour. However, the town of Montignac itself is very pleasant and worth exploring, particularly on Wednesday for the market, which takes over many of the streets.
When you have done exploring, what better than relaxing in the gite's extensive gardens, with a good book and a glass of chilled rosé?
