In the heart of the Dordogne and Périgord Noir Le Moulin is fully renovated to a high standard.The property has been carefully created to offer all comforts for groups of up to 11-12 persons. Divided into 3 independent cottages (3 kitchens; 3 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms) they layout is perfect for large families or groups who may enjoy moments together whilst each retaining some privacy. Small groups can also be catered for with exclusive use of facilities- cottages are not rented to separate families at the same time.
The ensemble is grouped around the pretty fenced pool and terrace, set in a large tended garden. Children may enjoy the swings and sand-pit whilst parents enjoy the sunshine, barbecue & magnificent views with not a neighbour in site!There are numerous activities and historical sites of interest close by for all ages and levels of enthusiasm. The local restaurant is 1km, the local grocery-2kms; the famous town of Montiganc and the caves of Lascaux -8km and the medieval town of Sarlat just 20km

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Dordogne region
-A rural and exceptionally beautiful area. The Dorodgne is renowned for it's 1000 chateaux of exceptional beauty; it is the centre of Prehistory in Western Europe. There are numerous sporting activities available for all levels of enthusiasm. - horseriding; canoeing; tree-acrobatics (!), mountian biking; walking; golf; fishing; tennis; etc....
-The 'Gourmet' restaurants or local 'Tables d'Hôtes' are many and of good quality. A list is available on site in the house to help you find the best restaurants in the area. -The area suits families or couples; suitable for realxing and getting away from it all, for a sportive active holiday; for enjoying the historical richness or cultural visits. -There are classical music;jazz music and world folklore festivals throughout the summer season.

The markets are colourful and interesting. There are markets within a radius of 20km every day of the week!
