Appartamento Pancrazia C is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. The villa consists of several apartments that are derived from a previous building which was originally the barn of an old farm. You will be in an old building, completely restored and refurbished, which was originally owned by noble Tuscan families. The farm dates back to 1750. It is located in the heart of the Chianti hills, surrounded by the typical Tuscan landscape with vineyards and olive groves.

The living room is paved with characteristic terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. They include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker.

The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. The room has two small windows with a view of the vegetation and of the hills. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the vegetation and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The swimming pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Chianti hills and of the vegetation. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of April until mid-September.

In the estate there is a restaurant where you can taste the specialties of Tuscan cuisine prepared with extra virgin olive oil grown and produced locally. Even the wines that you will find in this popular restaurant are produced on the farm.

To stay at Appartamento Pancrazia C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

It is a countryside surrounded by oaks, chestnut trees and by the Apennines, This land of artists and painters have been source of inspiration in its farmhouses and colours. with kind people, authentic cooking, good wine, plus a great tradition in handicrafts.

Versilia is an area of 20 km sandy beaches located in the north of the region. The seaside with the colourful bathing areas is rich in bars and meeting places. Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi, Massarosa, Pietrasanta, Seravezza, Stazzema and Viareggio are the towns of this beautiful coast.
