Villa Nocicchia is located in the countryside of Marche, only 5 km away from the Adriatic coast.
The house is a completely restored portion of a farmhouse in a panoramic position 3 km away from the main town.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a big living room with a fireplace an extra bathroom and a studio. Upstairs there are four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedroom, a single one and the second large bathroom.

The villa is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
It is also perfect for those who like walking & hiking.

The house is located along the old panoramic road that connect Montemarciano to Senigallia. You can also reach, in a short time (from 40 up to 60 minutes driving) the famous Frasassi Caves, the Gradara Castle, the Republic of St Marino, Loreto anf its beautiful Sanctuary , Urbino with is history and his university, the Cattolica’s Water Park le Navi,theRiccione’s Aquafan and The Oversea Park. With 2 hours driving you can reach Assisi, Perugia, Bologna,Norcia .Up to 3 - 4 hours driving you can reach Rome,Venice,Naples,florence.During the year, in Senigallia, there are numerous celebration, shows, festival, the famous summer jumboree, local food and wine tasting.

Pets are allowed only outside.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Balance in full is then required 60 days prior to arrival together with the security deposit of £200. Damages to the property will be deducted from this amount. The balance will be refunded to the client after all debts have been satisfied. The client agrees to pay the replacement cost of any item is damaged or missing.
Cancellations and refunds:
Until 60 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit made will be refunded for cancellations which are submitted in writing via email or postal mail.
59 or less days before arrival: NO REFUNDS will be made after this point in time.
Insurance: Travel insurance is recommended for all persons staying at Villa Nocicchia.
Rental fees include: accommodation as specified, linens, towels, electricity, water, cleaning service at departure.
Rental week: Saturday to Saturday
