Beautifully renovated apartments in a 300 yearr old farm house with an interior courtyard. All apartments have their own charm. Near to the town of Montelimar (heart of the Nougat) 5klm and to two villages Sauzet and Montboucher 4klm. Lots of places to visit. Perched villages to discover. Mountains to climb. Rivers to canoe in. Activities for teenagers. The house is a family home and is ideal for young families. This is a split level apartment comprising of one sitting room/dining area with American style kitchen. There is a separate toilet a double bedroom and a shower en suite. Below the apartment with entrance from the courtyard is the second bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom en suite. This apartment is suitable for adults or families with teenage children as it affords both parents and children a little independence and privacy. The apartment is 80m² and looks over the pool and the garden.

Montélimar is a commune in the Drôme department in south eastern France. It is the second largest town in the department after Valence.
