The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Alenda Golf is situated amongst the wonderful countryside of Monforte del Cid, and is only 15 km along the motorway from Alicante. Smaller towns of Elche, Aspe and Novelda are only a few minutes drive away . The town of Monforte del Cid occupies a part of the Vinalopo region and is world renowned for its dessert grapes. It is also famous for its local production of aniseed-flavoured drinks, spirits, liqueurs and aperitifs. Monforte del Cid has many historic attractions, including the Iberian Bull and the remains of a large Roman village. These are to be found in the local museum. Also nearby is the mountain retreat of Orito and the natural spring, Fuente Santa, which is renowned for its medicinal properties. The nearest beaches to Alenda are in Alicante which are a short drive away. You can also choose between the vacation beaches of San Juan, Almadraba, Albufereta, Playa del Cocó, Postiguet and Saladar.
Monteforte Del Cid / Urbanization Montecio area
Designed for leisure and a tranquil environment, Alenda Golf is ideal for playing golf, having long walks, enjoying the surrounding countryside. It is an 18 hole par 72 course stretching over 6.257 meters of hillside. It was designed by Roland Favrat and opened in 1999. The fairways are gently rolling and the greens have tricky slopes requiring a good line and putting stroke. The first 9 holes are fairly easy and fun with wide lanes bordered by pine trees and carob trees. The last 9 holes are more technical and require greater concentration. It is an exciting course for players of every level. The course also offers a covered driving range, putting green, chipping green and practice bunker. Other facilities include a restaurant, snack bar, clubhouse, parking, pro shop, buggy hire, club hire, trolley hire, club repair, changing rooms, golf classes, tennis, paddle tennis.
How to get there
Alicante airport is easy to reach with BMI Baby, British Airways, Easy jet, Ryanair, Monach, Thompson and Jet2 all offering cheap flights from the UK. Car hire is highly recommended to enable the traveller to visit the multitude of attractions on offer. Please ask for a quote or feel free to try and beat our prices.

Golf and other activities can be pre- booked please ask for prices. Car hire is available from €17 euros per day. Airport collections or meet and greet can be arranged. Private tours of the Costa Blanca highlights can be arranged. Our office staff are English,German and Spanish speaking and are always on hand in case of emergencies. If arriving out of hours, welcome packs can be provided from 20 euros. Cots, high chairs, bicycles, golf clubs, wheelchairs can be ordered.

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival plus a refundable breakages deposit of 250 euros, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
