You can have a relaxing day by the pool or go exploring by the day. Lucca and Vinci are both within thirthy minutes of La Fagianaia. You can also hop on the train in Montecatini and be in Florence in 45 min. It is also close to other popular destinations such as Siena, Pisa and San Gimignano.
The accommodations are four stars, and I believe you'll be 100% pleased. Francesca is the most hospitable person and will bend over backwards to make your Italian vacation memorable. She is a master in the kitchen and will serve you some of the best food you have ever had. She also offers cooking lessons if you are interested in taking some of her flavours home to your kitchen.

SHOPPING Enjoy a shopping day out of Florence in the most important outlets of the prestigious high fashion companies like The Mall (Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Ferragamo, Valentino, Ungaro, Zegna), Fendi outlet and Dolce & Gabbana outlet.
WINE TOURS Take a day to explore the Tuscan countryside: stroll in the ancient streets of Montepulciano and enjoy a taste of its most famous wine the Vino Nobile (noble wine). Visit the jewel of Renaissance style but also the birthplace of Pecorino cheese. Then through winding roads reach Montalcino, medieval town where the Brunello wine was born, and relax in its narrow roads full of little handcraft shops.
MEDIEVAL BANQUET Enjoy the atmosphere of the past by tasting traditional dishes of the Middle Age during the typical show of the past time in Siena.
ABBEYS of TUSCANY Come and join us in this excursion along the roman pilgrimage roads stopping at Bagno Vignoni, ancient village with thermal hot springs, to reach then the spiritual atmosphere of St Antimo Abbey among the olive trees. Montecatini Alto / Colle di Buggiano area
This property is perfect for year-round holidays, restful Tuscan holidays, or as a base for exploring Tuscany. Just outside the charming town of Montecatini, with its shops, restaurants and a selection of Spas. Winding up into the hills to a tiny Tuscan village, a small track veers off and leads you to this charming 500 years old farmhouse converted into three apartments. Creating a secluded and restful ambience. The golf course is only half an hour’s drive away.
Take a day to enter the magic world of Pinocchio by visiting Collodi's Park and its wonderful fantasy shapes. Enjoy the Tuscan countryside while we join the hill-town of Montecarlo where you will be able to experience the atmosphere of medieval Italy. Our way will lead us through the town of Montecatini Terme, reknown since the romans’ time for its bath. Through winding ways on the hills reach and explore the historical centre of Montecatini to enjoy the view of the Valley.
The property is close to Lucca and Florence. Montecatini is a SPA resort. Tennis and golf are 10-15 minutes driving from the property. Lots of local festivals in the area especially in spring and summer.
