The Casolare dei Fiori is an original farm-house building, in a cute flowered spot with a shady porch and a nice swimming pool. All the apartments are renovated in old Tuscan style, equipped with: air-conditioning, independent heating, modern kitchen, comfortable bathroom, airy bedrooms, independent access, in a unique sunny green spot. The holiday farm is located in the plain underlying the picturesque mediaeval village of Montecarlo, it is surrounded by the hills of Valdinievole, (the valley of flowers), one of the wonderful villages that belongs to the unforgettable amazing Tuscany.
Only 3km away from the Autostrada A11 (Firenze-Mare), it is located in an ideal position for those who want to reach the most important cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena, which are only a few dozen minutes away. The cottage is near Viareggio and Versilia, which are supplied with their wonderful equipped bathing establishments; only an hour away from the Apennine mountains, where it is possible to ski and play some winter sports, to follow some trekking and cycle paths immersed in nature; only a few minutes away from the spas and wellness centres of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme.

The Casolare dei Fiori is located in the countryside which surrounds the mediaeval village of Montecarlo. The holiday farm is located right between Florence and Pisa, just 3 km away from the A11 highway which connects Florence to the seaside (Exit Chiesina Uzzanese). This makes it the ideal placed to go on guided tours of Tuscany.

Further details indoors: A common area is used for laundry, equipped with tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Household linen is changed once a week. Extra cleaning sessions and household linen’s changes are available only on request. In this case the price has to be agreed upon by the management.
For our guests we have prepared some areas equipped with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven to cook food. For those who want to spend their free time at the cottage there is a swimming pool (sterilized with salt) and a solarium with sun beds, beach umbrellas and showers. An equipped area for children (age 0-12) and bicycles for daily excursions are also available.

Our guests may have organized tours in the nearby area (tours to Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano. Food tours like: wine tasting, olive-oil tasting, honey tasting. The Agriturismo organizes also home made typical tuscan food tasting. Languages spoken english, german and french. All these services are not included in the price.
Conditions
We are willing to grant a 10% discount on the price of the additional 3rd- 4th week for the guests that want to stay more than 2 weeks in our Agriturismo Casolare dei Fiori.

Geweldige accomodatie!
Geweldige accomodatie, schoon, nieuw, heerlijk rustig, maar dichtbij bezienswaardigeheden. Gelegen in mooie omgeving, de mensen zijn ontzettend lief en gastvrij. Kortom de beste stek waar we tot nu toe zijn geweest.
