Relax and soak up the sun on theseafront balcony. Quiet location and yet only minutes car free walk to the centre with all the amenities one would expect from a seaside resort. Many golf courses nearby and just a few klms from the Spanish boarder town of Ayomonte which can be reached by ferry or road.

The apartment has two good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with great views over the sea. Convenient for exploring both the unspoilt Eastern Algarve and Spain, being only 4klms from the border.

The Algarve region

Wonderful year round climate. Orange and lemon trees abound and spring is aflame with blossoms. Visit Tavira with its churches and roman bridge, Castro Marim with its fortress and Vila Real with its shops, fish restaurants and marina.

Monte Gordo area

Take the short ferry across the river to Spain! There are many golf courses near to hand and for sun lovers the beach is right on the doorstep. There are many fiestas and regular markets. Good public transport links connecting as far afield as the Western Algarve. Further afield try Ayamonte in Spain. Seville is only 90 minutes by car or take a coach trip! Sail up the Guadiana river too!

How to get there

Easyjet and Monarch Airlines+other budget airlines to Faro airport. Numerous car hire companies from airport. Taxi also from airport approx €70 single. Car not necessary at resort.

Motorway from Faro A22, follow signs for Espanha, exit Monte Gordo. Approx 45 minutes drive from airport. Monte Gordo is in the Eastern Algarve and only a few klms from the Spanish border.
