House in the centre, 3 floors, very modern. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms,one of them is a gust bathroom, living / dining room, open kitchen, terraces Car is not necessary, but if you rent a car there is also a garage area, so parking it will be no problem.
The surrounding area is nice and charming. You are at the centre but at the same time with privacy.
If you are a golf player there are several golf courses in the area: Beloura, Estoril,Penha Longa, Quinta da Marinha. If you are tennis player: tennis court in Estoril, Horse ridding school. Several beaches in the area: you can even walk from the promenade from S.João to Cascais . Several restaurants in the area with all types of food. Sintra , a fantastic historical town is only 15 minutes driving.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
In Portugal the climate is not with very low temperatures in the Winter. But Summer can have high temperatures according to the months. If you choose this apartment there is a lot of interesting places to visit: Estoril, Sintra, Belem, old part of Lisbon.
A visit to Belem and you will have a part of the history of Portugal , the discoveries. If you have children the Oceanario at Parque das Nações is very important to visit. There you can see a big Aquarium with all kind of fishes. It is also important to take your children to the Zoo. In Cascais , close to the Marina there is also another park for children where there are swings, and also small animals.
Monte Estoril area
During the Summer Cascais has several fairs: Book fair, sardines fair. Estoril has the handicraft fair. Don't forget to take a look at the Marina of Cascais there are also several bars and restaurants. If you like fishing it is also possible to rent a boat a go for fishing.
Golf is one attraction in the area. There are several golf courses: Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa, Beloura, Estoril.

Welcome pack at the arrival and tourist information. On of us will be at the property waiting for you to explain how everything is working inside the house and also to inform you about the surrounding area.
Conditions
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer or PAY PAL and the rest at the arrival date plus a security deposit of 250 euros. This security deposit is to be returned back in the end with 2 options: 1)checkouts before 8am- the security deposit is to returned back within 5 days by bank transfer or PAY PAL 2) checkouts after 8am .-security deposit is to returned back at the same day. The final cleaning of 35 euros is not included in the price. We can provide pick up service as long as it is required not lesser than 7 days before arrival .
