Les Deux Pins is a recently renovated farmhouse situated in tranquil countryside and centrally located to nearby towns with all amenities. It has been tastefully renovated keeping all its rustic charm with exposed beams and stone walls throughout aswell as having a modern feel about it too. The house and it's outbuildings stands in 3 1/2 acres of gardens and grazing land with an assortment of fruit trees and fabulous views around. It is situated on a quiet country lane away from main roads with plenty of woodland and country walks on the doorstep. A cyclist haven!

The house consists of of fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and seating for 8 with further seating outside on the terrace. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and single bed in each with a jack & gill style ensuite with large shower. There is a double room with en-suite, another double room and a single room. There is a family bathroom with roll-top bath and shower and there are two further w.c's downstairs (one being by the pool). There is a separate lounge with log burner, satellite freeview english TV, CD and DVD player and a separate pool/games room.

Outside there is a 10m x 5m pool with large private secure terrace with w.c facilities, sun loungers, BBQ and table tennis table. There is a large garden and plenty of parking. The house is a non-smoking area and no pets allowed. A welcome pack is provided on arrival and the owners are also situated on site (away from the house) if needed.

The area : The Charente is situated in South West France and is known to be the second sunniest region in France. It is steeped in history and has wonderful countryside and plenty of local markets, festivals, restaurants and wine tasting. The house is 3kms from nearest town of Montemboeuf with small supermarket, chemist, bank, butchers, bakers, Post Office and tennis courts. Only a 15 min drive to beach/lakes at Massignac.
