A luxury, detached villa with its own private grounds and all-year-round electric-heated pool in Montana Roja, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. Located around fifteen minutes pleasurable stroll from the nearest beach, Playa Flamingo. Its selection of bars and restaurants with views over the Atlantic to Fuerteventura under tropical palm trees makes it idyllic. Perfect for an inexpensive holiday for between two and six people where you can relax by your own private pool in the sunshine all day, then walk into Playa Blanca at night to enjoy fine dining and drinking. Ideal for both families with children & teenagers or for groups of friends looking for sunshine and fun all year round. Furniture and decor improvements have recently been carried out as well as WiFi and Sky Television installed.

The villa is spacious and well planned out. A great feature are the poolside access doors from the master bedroom, bedroom two, lounge & kitchen. Perfect for easily accessing the pool area and keeping an eye on the younger ones whilst playing.

Please be aware, during the busy summer months of July through to September, we only rent the villa on a Thursday / Thursday basis. This used to be the traditional change over day in Lanzarote, and we find if we stick to this we have fewer 'dead' days in the villa, thank you.

Kitchen:

Modern & well equipped comprising of four ring hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, large sink & marble worktop.

Living Room:

Spacious & modern with sofas, dining room table and chairs which overlook the pool & patio area. Wall mounted TV with sky limited package with plenty of cartoon, music and news channels including CNN. Blu ray player and many books.

Outdoors area:

Large patio area housing swimming pool, shower, al-fresco dining area and well planted gardens with raised volcanic lava walls for complete privacy during your stay. The swimming pool is heated all year round. The garden and patio areas are illuminated with coloured lights at night making it an amazing place to have dinner under the stars overlooking the volcanoes, or to take a late night dip after returning from a night out.

Playa Blanca has a gorgeous sea front walkway leading from Montana Roja into the heart of the village. Along here you will find the marina, bars, restaurants, karaoke, small clubs, bike rental, surf school, dive center, paragliding, banana boats, water skiing, fishing boat trips, snorkeling, all sorts of water based activities and more, all within walking distance.

Montana Roja itself is a small volcano situated just behind the villa which makes for a great morning or evening walk around the crater. From the peak, the views over Playa Blanca and the volcanoes across the island as well as over the Atlantic Ocean to Fuertaventura are spectacular.

We love Playa Blanca as it has everything we've ever looked for in a holiday. The area the villa is situated is perfect also. Great facilities and attractions are all within walking distance, whilst being just far enough from the centre to be very peaceful. The stroll back to the villa down the walkway at night is simply our favourite way to end any day in Lanzarote, be it relaxing, busy, or tipsy..

Lovely Villa with Pool, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Short walk to beach and restaurants, or if preferred there is a bus stop a few minutes away. Would highly recommend and we hope to book again.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
