The recently Renovated Accommodation, the House consists of large and comfortable double bedroom with large wardrobe and mirror-bathroom with shower, living room, spacious and luminous dining room with kitchenette and fireplace. On request, you can add a second single bed or a cot. Equipped with air conditioning, heating, fridge, tv.
The House is surrounded by olive trees, many of which are monumental, and from different types of fruit trees, including a small lush orchard.
Close to sea (5 minutes by car, cycling 15), well connected with Bari, Brindisi and Lecce, the House is ideal for family holidays, with children or in pairs. And for those who want to experience the life of a real Farm!
Guest access guests can visit freely the cultivation of more than 3000 olive trees (of which 700 monuments) and the orchard. They can also take advantage of the large space front and dining al fresco. In the period from October to January may attend and participate in the olive harvest.
Pets are welcome in the House, for those larger there is, within the olive groves and a few metres from the House, a dedicated space and equipped. A veterinarian is at your disposal: lives in the Manor House, just a few metres away from yours! We will be happy to give you a hand when you need it, but we're also very respectful of the privacy of our guests, so that you can enjoy the peace of country life.
The closest cities to the Masseria are Ostuni and Cisternino. Both very characteristics, are also vital centres of summer and rich in local produce. If Ostuni is known for the beauty of the old town, Cisternino is famous for its meat and butcher shops, also open at night, where you can eat when you order food from the counter to eat cooked shortly after at the moment.
Alberobello is the city of the trulli: typical houses are found throughout the area, but they are particularly concentrated in the famous old town, a Unesco World Heritage site, and is easily accessible by car.
Sea side, instead, Savelletri and Torre Canne are the closest towns, but the best beaches are to the North and South of the two towns. You can bathe in limpid water diving from the rocks, or you can enjoy the relaxing lifestyle of nearby beaches (accessible from the House in just 5 minutes by car).
The natural park and WWf oasis of Torre Guaceto is definitely the marine area more attractive and unspoilt area. You can join guided excursions in the nature reserve and observe several protected marine species. The coast is also ideal for bike tour: Besides the Park of coastal dunes of Torre Canne, even excavations of Egnazia are really easy to get on two wheels.
The area, however, is particularly recommended for a gastronomic journey, and Fasano, oil city, is the appropriate place to try, at affordable prices, the typical dishes of the Apulian tradition, still intact and preserved in ancient flavours: beans and chicory, bread balls, spaghetti with sea urchins, Aubergine roulade, orecchiette with turnip tops, turnovers.
For children the area is perfect: in addition to the comfortable beaches, you can stop at nearby Safari Park and leaving children free to play in the countryside of masseria.
A tour around The Farm is well connected with not only the most famous towns of the area, but even with airports of Bari and Brindisi and to the main railway stations. The closest are those of Cisternino, Ostuni and Fasano, directly connected with the central stations of Bari, Brindisi and Lecce, half of the fastest Silver Arrow.
The best way to explore the area is by car or, Alternatively, by bicycle.
