Suite 1, (70sq.m): completely on the ground floor and with a private independent entrance this suite is suitable for wheelchairs. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower (twin with ensuite, double room with private shower room), living-dining area and the kitchen;

Suite 2, (30sq.m): completely on the first floor it has a private independent staircase to access the accommodation. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, private bathroom with shower, a living-dining room and the kitchen. The large private panoramic terrace is 65sq.m;

Suite 3, (75sq.m): completely on the ground floor it has a private independent entrance. There is 1 double bedroom with 1 private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with 1 ensuite bathroom with shower, the living dining room and the kitchen. Some steps connect the living area with the bedrooms;

Suite 4, (70sq.m): completely on the first floor the suite has a private independent staircase to enter the accommodation. It is composed of 1 double bedroom with 1 ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom with 1 private bathroom with shower, a sitting room, dining area with kitchen;

Suite 5, (65.sq.m): suite on the ground floor with private independent entrance. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, the living dining area and the kitchen;

Suite 6, (55sq.m): suite on the ground floor with private independent entrance. Composed of 1 double bedroom with 1 ensuite bathroom wih shower, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower, small living dining area, kitchen. A couple of steps connect the living room with the bedrooms.

The Dépendance sleeps 6 persons in 4 bedrooms organized in two suite apartments.

Suite 7, (65.sqm): accommodation on the ground floor with private independent entrance. The suite is made of 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a small living dining area and the kitchen. Some steps from the entrance door to the living area and also to the bedrooms;

Suite 8, (65sq.m): completely on the first floor with private independent staircase to accommodation. There is 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a small living dining area and the kitchen. Some steps connect the living area to bedrooms.

The structure of the villa is ideal for large friends or family reunion because all the units are completely independent and each one has its own living area and kitchen. This allows each family to have its private corner but the whole group can enjoy having dinner together under the portico where the large table welcomes you. A common living area is organized in the summer kitchen where you can find a large dining table enough for 16 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with professional 6 burner gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, American coffee maker and toaster. A service bathroom is available in this area.

Garden & Swimming pool: The large private garden area of about 2000 square meters has perfectly manicured lawns spread out with rosemary bushes and cypress trees. The loggia is equipped with wrought iron furniture completed with comfortable cushions. A large double barbecue area is also available at the property.

The paved pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. The infinity pool (8m x 15m, deep 1.5 m) in the shape of an irregular shell has offers breathtaking views of the hills and valleys below. The pool has a Roman staircase and Jacuzzi corner on one side with maximum depth approximately 70 cm.

All the outside spaces are perfectly lighted at night. The villa offers also a private parking area.
