The rear of the house opens directly onto a paved swimming pool/barbecue area - perfect for whiling away summer days. Beyond this, there is an orchard, fields and a small lake in the 2 hectares of grounds.
For the more energetic, there are bike trails, horse riding and tennis all with 5 minutes.

Le Caussatte is ideally situated for all the Midi Pyrenees has to offer.
To the west there are the rolling hills of the Gers, to the north, the vineyards of Fronton and the historic valleys and bastide villages of the Tarn and it is less than half an hour to the beautiful city of Toulouse, the pink city.
Slightly further afield, the historic cities of Albi and Carcassonne are less than 90 minutes away, as are the Pyrenees for walking in summer and skiing in winter.
Montaigut sur Save area
Le Caussatte is 2 minutes from the forest of Bouconne, which has numerous walking trails, cycle paths and bridleways. Horse riding can be arranged and there is a sports centre with 6 tennis courts.
There are many delightful villages nearby, ideal for a trip the boulangerie or a spot of lunch.
Supermarkets and a host of other shops can all be found in Blagnac (15 minutes) away, where you can also go on tours to see the Airbus aircraft being made.

There is a large TV with a DVD player and sky box. Solid oak dining table seats 12. The kitchen retains the traditional charm of brick, beams and double copper sink and is fully fitted with all appliances. There is one downstairs bedroom. There is a games room (with table tennis table) leading to the outside dining area.
There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor, all recently redecorated. There is a 40m2 master bedroom, a 4-poster bed with en suite bathroom and 3 further double rooms.
The main bathroom is opulently finished in floor to ceiling marble and granite and has a huge spa bath.
Further details outdoors: There is a covered summer kitchen between the house and the pool. This has a barbecue, microwave, gas cooker and dishwasher and a table seating 12.
The pool is 12x6m with a shallow end for kids and a diving board at the deep end. There is an outside shower. Orchard and lake. Beyond this, there is an orchard with apple, cherry, pear, peach and apricot trees and a large garden, ideal for a game of football, cricket or other games.
