Mont Tremblant area
Mont-Tremblant is an all year round resort area. It has been rated the #1 ski resort in the north east of North America. In addition to Mont-Tremblant itself, there are many ski resorts within 20 miles of the villa. In addition, there are miles of cross country ski trails, one of which is just seconds from the villa.
What better place to golf, fish, cycle or hike in summertime than in the Laurentian mountains - and all activities are within minutes of the villa. The Laurentian mountain golf courses are amongst the best to be played in all in Canada. In additional to the festivals in nearby Montreal, during summer months there are music festivals every week in Mont-Tremblant.
Fall in Mont-Tremblant is a mirage of colour - a breathtaking experience not to be missed. In the move from summer to winter - the landscape is transformed into a colour montage of browns, yellows and reds - as a final farewell before the snows of November arrive.

Further details indoors: Kitchen & Dining The cherry wood kitchen, with granite counter tops, is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A breakfast counter can seat four (4) people.
The adjoining dining area with its circular dining table can seat up to eight (8) people. Living Room The living room, with a wood burning fireplace, is exquisitely and comfortably furnished to provide an area for quiet relaxation. Patio doors open to a wrap around deck. The room also has a surround sound music system with an iPod docking station.
Master Suite The master bedroom features a double window and three single windows affording spectacular views and is furnished with a queen-size bed, spacious built-in closets, chest of drawers and cable TV.
The en suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a strategically placed air-bath to enable you bathe and relax and enjoy the view.
Upstairs Bedrooms In addition to the master-suite, upstairs also has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with a shower/bath.
Family Room Downstairs comprises the family room, fourth bedroom, third bathroom and family room.
As with the living room, the family room is comfortably furnished and has a 42" LCD TV, cable TV, DVD player and a surround sound music system with an iPod docking station.
An area of the family room has been established as an office area with WiFi internet.
Fourth Bedroom The fourth bedroom has a double bed and single bunk beds.
Hot-Tub The six-person hot-tub is located off the lower deck.

Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Deposit and cancellation policy: A deposit of 50% is required for confirmation of the reservation. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. Unless we can replace the reservation, cancellation up to one month prior to arrival will result in the loss of 50% of the deposit; cancellations within one month of arrival will result in the loss of the full deposit.
Refundable security deposit: A refundable security deposit of Cad$300 will be required upon arrival to cover any breakages, losses or damage that may occur whilst staying at the villa. A deduction will be made from the guest’s credit card for the cost of the replacement or repair.
Arrival and departure: The rental commences at 4.00pm on the day of arrival, and ceases at 10.00am on the day of departure. Detailed directions and access provisions will be provided after full payment has been received.
Housekeeping: The villa will be cleaned before arrival, and again on departure, but we ask that guests leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition.
Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy allowed under the terms of the rental is ten (10).
Pets: No pets are allowed in the villa.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. While smoking is allowed outside the villa, guests are reminded of the mountain environment in which the villa is situated and are asked to dispose of ash and cigarette butts appropriately.
Responsibility: The owner does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects. In addition, the owner does not accepts any responsibility for loss, damage or changes by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, airport closures, weather conditions, or other factors beyond the owner’s control.
