Home description
Our home is located in Pointe Heron - a rural mountainside location overlooking Lac Bobby. Sit outside on one of the two decks and enjoy the sunset. The Domain St Bernard, a community ecotourism park is just a short walk away. The domain's 1,500 acres of forests and lakes provide the perfect place for hiking, swimming, biking, cross country skiing, canoeing, fishing and snow shoeing. 10 to 15 minutes away there are numerous restaurants and shops at nearby St Jovite, the old village of Mont Tremblant and the ski village.
The house, which was built in 2007 has a cathedral ceiling giving in a spacious and airy feel. Its many extras include 2 open wood burning fires, a games room, entertainment room with 52" inch screen TV, DVD, cable and ipod docking. Wi-fi is available as are free unlimited telephone calls throughout Canada and the US. Home is centrally heated with individual room temperature controls. Bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Perfect location for summer and winter holidays with numerous activities close by.

The Quebec Province region
Mont Tremblant is best known as a great ski destination. There are also many other attractions making it a great year-round destination with plenty to do for the entire family.
The area has many parks, lakes, mountains and golf courses making it an ideal destination for hiking, biking, cross country skiing, fishing, golfing, canoeing, skating and a host of other outdoor activities. Relax in one of the many top-class spas!

Other fun winter activities include: dog sledding, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice climbing and snow tubing.
In the summer you can enjoy the many golf courses which are a 10 minute drive away. You could also try ziplining, paintballing, horseback riding, or take a helicopter tour.
If you enjoy motor racing there is a race track in Mont Tremblant called Circuit Mont-Tremblant which hosts many racing events - The Spring Classic kicks off the 2009 racing season May 29 - May 31 and the Ferrari Festival starts on July 24.

Further details indoors: The house is on three levels. Top floor has two large bedrooms with queen beds, en suite bathrooms and large walk-in closets. A cathedral balcony overlooks the lounge. Each room has beautiful views across the lake.
The main level has an entrance hall with closet, leading to the dining room which will seat 10+ people. The kitchen has granite worktops and stainless steel appliances, and has many extras such as spices and extra utensils. There are sliding doors leading to a deck. The lounge has a large stone fireplace, a music system, sofa, loveseat and reclining chairs. Sliding doors lead to the deck, and the large windows overlook Lac Bobby.
The master bedroom contains an oversized king bed and has an en suite bathroom with heated floor, double sinks, bath, wc and separate shower. There is also a guest powder room.
On the lower level there are two additional bedrooms: one with queen bed the other with bunk beds and one single bed, with Jack n Jill shower room. The entertainment room has a wood-burning stone fireplace, entertainment unit with 52 inch TV, DVD, CD and ipod docking station. There is seating for 7 people. The games room has mini table tennis, foosball, a TV plus queen murphy bed and bean bag seating. Next to this is an additional shower room with wc. The mudroom has a separate outside entrance and is located next to the utility room which contains a large washer and separate dryer, an iron and ironing board.
There is a central vac system throughout the house.
Further details outdoors: The deck opens off the kitchen and main living room, and has a gas BBQ, cooler and teak dining set (seats 8+). The lower deck has a garden swing and there is a firepit.
At the front entrance there is locking storage for skis/golf clubs. Long driveway provides ample parking for several cars.

Minimum rental 4 days. No smoking or pets. Once availability is ascertained, then onsite local agent will handle rental and be on hand to provide any assistance needed. Property is cleaned prior to and after each rental, but additional cleaning can be arranged as required.
Conditions
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior to rental. Discounts and special deals available for late availability bookings
