Check-in time is 5:00PM, Check-out is 11:00AM depending on the size of your group.
Office hours weekdays 9AM - 7PM and week-ends.
No smoking, no pets (some exceptions)
Housekeeping/maintenance: Supplied with towels, linens, soap, etc. They are fully equipped with all kitchen and cleaning appliances. We expect the home to be well maintained/kept by the guests. Extra housekeeping charges will apply if the rental unit is left in an excessively messy/dirty state. Cleaning is provided at checkout. Daily/weekly housekeeping is available during your stay at an additional fee.
Deposit & cancellation policy: 50% of total payment is required upon booking with the balance due no later than 1 month prior to arrival. Guests will lose their deposit amount UNLESS we rebook the rental unit. We will make every effort to rebook and will refund the guest for every night that is resold.
Security deposits from $1000 CAD required.
Conditions
Minimum stay is 3 nights except for Christmas, New Years, Washington week and summer holidays where we do weekly bookings only.
