Le Plateau is nestled in a park like setting . It is a peaceful alpine comunity offerring an array of outdoor family activities and a spectacular 60ft waterfall.
Tremblant is a 4 seasons resort, with activities to suit everyone. In the winter there is a full range of alpine activities you can ski in ski out from our condo., and Le Plateau also has its own skating rink. In the summer there is a large heated swimming pool, beautiful trails and free access to Lake Tremblant's sandy beaches.The resort also boasts 6 championship golf courses. Other activities include hiking, bike trails, sailing, watersports horse riding, absailing,. For relaxation there are several spa's.
The resort is a perfect blend of North America friendliness and efficiency with a french joi de vivre.

The Quebec Province region

Mont Tremblant is situated in the Laurentine mountains and is Eastern North America's No.1 ski destination for the tenth year running, as voted for by SKI magazine readers. It offers great accommodation, excellent cuisine, friendly locals and great skiing makes for a fantastic winter vacation. The resort is 100% family friendly with numerous creche facilities, fun activities for older children and a friendly ski-school which caters for every ability. There are a total of 94 trails and over 625 acres of skiable terrain, with a vertical drop of 2,116ft. There are 17 high speed lifts. Beginners/intermediates 60%, expert 40%. Apres-ski is just as important at Tremblant and the village boasts some of the liveliest bars to rival the best in the world. Tremblant has many restaurants, from fine-dining to convenience foods .
The winters are very cold and the summers can be very warm making this an excellent all year destination.

How to get there

Nearest international airport to Tremblant is Montreal. 6 hours flight from London served by BA, Air Canada, Air Transat and budget airline Zoom.
Tremblant is 130 KM from Montreal and an easy 90 minute drive. Rent a car (useful but not essential) or take the regular Skyport coach service from the airport .

A cosy and luxurious 4 bedromed condo situated in a very peaceful location. This property feels more like a house than a condo . The accommodation is set on 2 levels with an open plan kitchen/longe/diner with catherdral ceiling and beautiful stone fireplace. There is also a deck with seating and a barbeque (summer only) with fantastic mountain views.
There are 4 bedrooms all with televisions, 2 with super king beds, 1 twin room and 1 bunk room the lower bunk being a double bed. 2 bathrooms, one ensuite with jacuzzi bath.
The accommodation offers Flat screen LCD T.V with integrated DVD, free wireless internet, free local phone calls, Bose IPOD dock (on request), CD player DVD player.

The condo has a large swimming pool (end of June to Sept) that is manned by lifeguards. It also has a club house with games facilities. There are trails virtually opposite our front door, a small lake and waterfall. and a larger lake which doubles up as an ice-skating rink in the winter. Own dedicated car parking space. Free regular shuttle bus to Tremblant village.

Magical
It was lovely; a place I only thought exists in novels or Disney cartoons. The plateau was so lovely. I was scared at the beginning because I booked before everyone saw it so I was relieved when they were totally in love with it. The children kept asking if they could stay for a few more days. All in all it was really an excellent vacation.
