The upper level has 2 bedrooms, 1 king size bed, and 2 twin beds with a full bathroom. The lower level provides two additional bedrooms, 1 queen size bed and a twin bed and twin/double bunk bed combination. On this level, there is a bathroom and den with satellite television. Access to the jacuzzi spa is also on this level.

A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

50% of rental fee due immediately to secure booking.
Balance of rental to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival
100% refundable Damage Deposit of $500 due two weeks prior to arrival
