VillaRita is a spacious, self contained, private chalet with it's own entrance and private front and back patios. It has two spacious double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining room. A large pool and surrounding sun terrace is availble for your use . VillaRita is ideal for people wishing for a relaxing holiday or for sightseeing in Valencia and surrounding area in the heart of Spanish life. The town of Montserrat is 5 minutes away by car and has a large supermarket, three banks, shops and several restaurants and bars.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region

Visit Spain's third biggest city, Valencia. Full of shops, bars and restaurants. Valencia is full of history - lots of examples of old buildings, churches. Several museums, including science, ceramics and Fallas. Explore the 7k dry river bed providing a traffic free park and gardens through the heart of the city. Visit the Oceanographic, Europe's biggest aquarium. Experience many fiestas held at different times throughout the year. Surrounding Valencia are towns and villages, each with their own character and charm. Less than half an hour away from VillaRita is the Albufera nature reserve, MotoGP circuit, Buñol famous for the tomotina fiesta, Bonaire Spains biggest shopping centre. Benidorm and theme park 60 minutes away.

Monserrat area

Monserrat contains a large supermarket, three banks, shops and various bars and restaurants. There are fiestas held several times a year - Fallas in March, Bull run in August Are the biggest and most popular. Villarita is an ideal base for exploring the countryside where you can find peace and quiet and take in the outstanding views and visit the many small villages dotted about amongst the mountains. There is a water park , horse riding and fishing available less than a hour away.

How to get there

Located 25 minutes by car from Valencia Airport which is served by several budget airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair and Thompsonfly. There are several car hire companies located at the Valencia Airport including Hertz, Solmar and Europa Car. Car Hire can also be booked through your airline operator.
We are also only 11 k from the A7 motorway that links us with the Alicante airport. ( about 90 minutes away.)

Further details indoors:
VillaRita consists of a fully equipped kitchen if you want to eat in. The bathroom consist of a large walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. The TV has Sky and there is also a DVD player for your enjoyment. The lounge is very spacious along with the dining room where you can easily seat up to 6 people. Villarita is very spacious, with all the rooms being of a good size.

Further details outdoors:
There are two private patios, front and back. The property comes with a private garden containing various fruit trees. There is also Table Tennis and Darts for your entertainment. There is a very large swimming pool for your use. It is shared only with the owners (who are always too busy to use it!) Around the pool there are various sunloungers and table and chairs for your use or for eating al fresco. A BBQ is also available for you men who wish to cook.

Welcome pack on arrival. Tea and coffee supplied incase you are gasping when you arrive.

Conditions

A booking deposit of 150 pounds is required. Full amount payable on arrival. Booking deposit is returned before departure. It just saves a lot of messing arround with exchange rates.
