Comfortably accommodating 12 people, Boucaud stands in its own grounds and looks out over the surrounding countryside. The property has been completely restored but retains many original features, including fireplace and beams.
Boucaud is excellently equipped and electric radiators (if required), electricity, television and video player with English Satellite TV and radio channels, radio/C.D. player, hairdryer, local telephone calls, linen, house and pool towels are all included. A Welcome Pack with wine and beer is provided with the owners compliments.

Slightly over one hours drive from the city of Bordeaux on the borders of theGironde and the Lot-et-Garonne in the Aquitaine region, lie the pretty villages of Dieulivol and St. Ferme, where most of our Houses for Holiday Rental are located.

Further details outdoors: The 10m x 5m (32'6" x 16'3") swimming pool is surrounded by a fence and gate, and has a thermal night cover. The pool also has a safety alarm. There is a terraced sunbathing area around the pool and another by the house.
There is a good selection of patio furniture, sun loungers and parasols for shade and BBQ. The house offers fine views and the garden is mostly lawn with some natural areas and a small wood. Covered car parking for two cars at one end of the property, situated by the client car parking area private to Boucaud.
