The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Gironde region
The property is a large L-shaped restored country farmhouse and cottage with 5/6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and courtyard swimming pool with alarm. The cottage, included in the rental but separate from the main house, has its own facilities (including kitchen/bed sitting room with double sofa bed). This arrangement often suits parties composed of perhaps older teenagers or grandparents or those seeking extra privacy making this property is ideal for friends and families of all ages. Cots, highchairs and child stair gates are available.
Slightly over one hours drive from the city of Bordeaux on the borders of the Gironde and the Lot-et-Garonne in the Aquitaine region, lie the pretty villages of Dieulivol and St. Ferme, where most of our Houses for Holiday Rental are located.

The nearest town is Monsegur with Supermarket, Restaurants, Weekly Market, Banks and Bars - and is just 5 mins drive away.

A Welcome Pack with wine and beer is provided with the owners compliments.
Further details outdoors: The 10m x 5m (32'6" x 16'3") swimming pool is surrounded by a wall and gate, and has a thermal night cover. The pool also has a safety alarm. There is a terraced sunbathing area around the pool. There is also a large south facing terrace to the rear of the main farmhouse lounge, with access also from the kitchen.
A further terrace is next to the cottage serving the built-in BBQ (original prune oven). The rear and sides of the property are surrounded by lawns leading onto orchards. The views to the front of the property are of countryside and vineyards.
There is a good selection of patio furniture, sun loungers and parasols for shade and BBQ. The house offers fine views and the garden is mostly lawn. Car parking on property in the courtyard private to Gemard.
