Studio on Villa Maria Resort is a very nice and new location, situated in the historical centre of Moniga del Garda around a very particular villa in liberty stile, where you can spend your holidays on Garda Lake. Around Villa Maria Resort you can find restaurants and supermarkets. The lake is about 10 mins by walking. The swimming pool is very large with a wonderful Jacuzzi. Around the swimming-pool there is a nice garden where you can take the sun on our free deckchairs. After swimming you can relax in our sauna or Turkish bath - all inclusive! The studio has TV, SAT, balcon and air conditioned.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area
The Gardalake is the greater Italian lake, with one surface of approximately 370 km ². It is situated between the Lombardy (with the province of Brescia), the Veneto (province of Verona) and Trentino-High Adige (province of Trento). The northern part of the lake is long and grip, and is encircled from mountains. There are five islands. Largest it is the Island of the Garda on which a beautiful nineteenth-century palace in Venetian style rises.
Close to this it is the second one, the Island of Saint Biagio, said also “of the Rabbits”, that it is distant on foot approximately 200 meters from the coast. Both are situated near Saint Felice of the Benaco. An other island, third for largeness, is the Island of the famous Trimelone for to have been one powder magazine on which they have been collected devices of before and second world war. The others two, plus small, are the Island of the Dream and the Island of the Olive trees. The mild climate has favourite the increase of some Mediterranean plants (between which the olive tree), and it has contributed to render the Gardalake an important international tourist goal. Famous, but less diffuse that in past, they are the limonaie, greenhouses to flowing doors in which the plants of lemon and cedar they could pass the winter calmly.
The species of present fish in the lago is beyond a some thirty, one is present only here, the Carpione. The other species more important are: the Alborella, the Eel, the Bottatrice, the Carpa, the Cavedano, the Lavarello, the Luccio, Persian the real one, the Tinca, the Trout and the gambero of water.
Moniga del Garda area
The country of Moniga of the Garda rises in province of Brescia around the morainic hills that encircle Salò and Desenzano, and shows oneself on blue waters of the Gardalake. Its altitude is 138 meters above sea level with one mild and delicate temperature, favoring the land to the cultivation of the ulivo and the wine. Facilitated from the temperature, mitigated for the presence of the lake and near mounts, it is successful to put itself in extension also to the great mass of tourists who can serenely pass their vacations in this small but delicious locality. The patron is Saint Martino.
About 10 minutes by walking from historical centre, you can arrive at he Gardalake's beaches. The locality is equipped of one new big port, with numerous places of anchorage for boats and motorboats, also of greatest dimensions; moreover, the port is equipped of a service of line navigation (boat), that it navigates along all the lake and with which can be caught up the main localities of the lake in few minutes.
At the port you can find restaurant and pizzerias where you can eat in river of the lake. Here you can rent a boat or take a public boat for going around for all the lake: You can also visit the spectacular GardaLake's Island where there is a very beautiful castle. If you want, at the port, you can jogging or have a romantic walk!! About 5 minutes by car, you can arrive to the most important golf of the north Italy : " Garda Golf ".
The car is not essential. You can rent a scooter or a bike and go where you want. The bus station is about 2 minutes by walking.
