Gabbiano is a welcoming and beautiful residence situated in the heart of the Valtenesi at Lake Garda. We have a selection of both ground floor and first floor apartments, all elegantly furnished with care, standing amongst 60.000 m² of parkland offering 2 swimming pools, a baby pool, a tennis court, table tennis and 2 playgrounds for the kids.
The area surrounding Gabbiano is ideal for people who want to enjoy the wonderful climate of the lake and is a perfect starting point for excursions all over Lake Garda. Moniga del Garda is a few minutes walk away where there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The town offers access to the lake and beach and ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area
Lake Garda is definitely your place, if you like a wide variety of sporting activities such as windsurfing, sailing, swimming, canoeing . The mountains that frame Garda, in the northern part, also offer several opportunities, from hiking to biking across dozens of routes with different difficulty levels.
Also with its gentle climate and superb scenery offers a relaxing holiday as well.
It's closeness to alpine mountains, the Adriatic sea and the famous cities of Milan, Verona and Venice, make it an ideal destination.
Moniga del Garda area
The town lies at the centre of the hills that stretch from Desenzano to Salò. The old part of the town sits on a hill, while the modern section surrounded by olive trees descends to the lake and its picturesque port.
Olive groves and vineyards flourish in the area. Moniga is the largest producer of "Chiaretto" a local wine that is famous worldwide.

Some of our apartments have lake views and all have access to our lovely swimming pools!
Further details outdoors: To give our customers that little extra, we have a small restaurant with bar where we occasionally have live music. We also have a small, private health centre with sauna, whirlpool and massages.
There are also washing and drying facilities.

On departure final cleaning of 50€ payable locally Type B apartment Bedding is charged 12€ per person per week payable locally. Type B Apartment Heating & Electricity is paid locally and according to consumption.
