Thanks to their ideal location, our apartments are the right starting point for excursions on the lake and the surrounding area. The village of Moniga del Garda is a few minutes walk away, where you can find a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The lake and beach are 1 km away and ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.
Our apartments are spacious and luxuriously furnished and have either a patio and private garden or terrace. They have a fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower; satellite TV and air conditioning. There is a lovely swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking the sun and there is shared garden at the front of the residence with BBQ area and gazebo.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area
Lake Garda is definitely your place, if you like a wide variety of sporting activities such as windsurfing, sailing, swimming, canoeing . The mountains that frame Garda, in the northern part, also offer several opportunities, from hiking to biking across dozens of routes with different difficulty levels. Also with its gentle climate and superb scenery offers a relaxing holiday as well. It's closeness to alpine mountains, the Adriatic sea and the famous cities of Milan, Verona and Venice, make it an ideal destination.
Moniga del Garda area
The town lies at the centre of the hills that stretch from Desenzano to Salò. The old part of the town sits on a hill, while the modern section surrounded by olive trees descends to the lake and its picturesque port. Olive groves and vineyards flourish in the area. Moniga is the largest producer of "Chiaretto" a local wine that is famous worldwide.
The walls which enclose the town were built in the 10th century to face the Hungarian invasions. The castle sits near the main road and is still in fairly good condition. Rectangular in shape (60×80), there is only one entrance at the centre of the eastern wall, where signs of an old drawbridge can still be seen. The city walls have four small round lookout towers on each corner. Three more towers are situated at the centre of the north, south and west walls. The square keep is now a bell tower.

We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but if you need some flexibility on these conditions, please contact us.
All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and water, electricity and gas are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included. We do ask you though to please ensure your kitchen is clean on departure and that all rubbish has been removed. Air conditioning is available in all apartments at a cost of £5 per day. This can be paid on booking or locally according to use. There is security deposit of 100,00 EUROS due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.
